List of Behzad Kalaghchi's Reviews
Amazing team of professionals providing excellent customer service.
The Doctor is great and knowledgeable. IT IS REALY FRUSTRATING. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS OFFICE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE IN SCHEDULING AND ANSWERING CALLS. I Called them 10 times on different days to schedule a procedure. No one picks up the phone. It goes to voicemail, and the voicemail is full. Once in a while someone picks up and they transfer you to another voicemail. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER OFFICE.
The entire experience was pleasant.
He is so caring, great bedside manner, very knowledgeable.
Explaining the procedure and letting me know I have nothing to worry about.
Dr. Kalagchi explained my situation in a very simple and effective manner and assured me what I was experiencing was minor and treatable . Leaving the office I felt very confident and was very happy in my decision to come to Gastro Health.
Dr, Kalaghchi a non-professional doctor, unfortunately, all he does is endoscopy and colonoscopy, even the results of the tests performed by his team are mistake. I had pain for a year. After endoscopy, Dr. Kalaghchi confirmed that I had Barrett's esophagus, and prescribed me a lot anti-acid of drugs, even without being diagnosed. Three months after taking very strong antacids, not only did my pain not decrease, but my stomach pain also increased. I had to see several other doctors and did an endoscopy again and found that the diagnosis was completely wrong and I did not even have Barrett's esophagus While he has been prescribing the wrong medication for me for a year, his assistant is also extremely rude. it is impossible to reach the doctor. After the endoscopy, they will charge the patient again to explain the test results!!!?? The side effects of taking a year of antacids are not hidden from any wise doctor and this doctor and his inefficient team are responsible for the side effects of misdiagnosis of my disease. Never recommend Dr. Kalaghchi and his inefficient team.
WORST DOCTOR IN VA AREA! JUST CARE ABOUT MONEY!
My husband visited Dr. Kalaghchi in September of 2020. He quickly wanted to do an endoscopy and then basically just did not care about treating him. We contacted his nurse and his office multiple times. We made followup appointments about my husband’s symptoms and every time it was no help at all. I get the general feeling that he is the type of doctor that can only treat obvious things that show up in an endoscopy or that he just has found a way to make money through endoscopies and orders them for every patient without care or consideration of how to treat them. It’s unfortunate when doctors are driven by money and lose their ethical obligations. I am not trying to judge here but Dr. Kalaghchi this is no way to treat people.
The doctor explained my medical situation very well and he provided me with information on what to do in the future.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
