Dr Holt is an ANGEL! I’ve been a patient of his for 10 years and he’s the most compassionate, good-hearted, genuinely caring, professional urologist (and doctor overall) that I’ve encountered. Finding a doctor with his level of compassion and eagerness to help his patients is rare. I can’t recommend him enough! He’s a saint and the staff is very friendly and helpful, too! Waited three months to see the doctor for consultation for a simple procedure . That was 6 weeks ago and still can’t get ahold of his scheduler to make the appointment. Never seen such administrative malfeasance.

Terrible Handling of Patient Schedules!! I have an appointment with Dr Holt (as a new patient) in April. I just received a call (now is March) that dr is not available on that day and they are going to move my schedule to July!!!! There should be a priority list for schedules when it is their own issue and not patient’s request for reschedule. I would understand delaying my schedule for a couple of days but not couple of months. This is most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. I don’t know the issue is with the poorly trained and dumb staff or the dr himself, but I do not recommend this dr at all given this terrible first impression. I have an appointment with Dr Holt (as a new patient) in April. I just received a call (now is March) that dr is not available on that day and they are going to move my schedule to July!!!! Have been seeing Dr Holt for reoccurring kidney stones. He is very knowledgeable, kind and always sees me when I need him even though he's scheduled a month or so out. I appreciate that he takes his time at each visit rather than rushing to get out of the room answering any questions.

The only experience on which I can report is the lack of ability to get through to the practice to make an appointment. I was kept on hold several times for far too long and had to hang up. Therefore an appointment was unable to be scheduled so I cannot report on what our experience would be with Dr. Holt.
