She is an exceptional listener who takes the time to truly understand your situation, and she consistently goes out of her way to accommodate scheduling needs. Her care feels thoughtful and personalized, which is something I deeply value. While Dr. Chung does not accept insurance, her rates are very reasonable. In fact, I believe her choice to remain independent from insurance companies allows her to offer more dedicated time and attention to her patients—something that is increasingly rare and incredibly appreciated. Dr. Chung always listens to my concerns and questions very compassionately and professionally. She seems highly motivated to help her patients. Every single time I share new concerns/questions, she shows total respect and empathy. She seems highly knowledgeable as well. On top of being an outstanding doctor, she also seems like a great person. Under her care I am seeing significant improvements in my condition.
