Took 3 days to return an emergency request I had to make while out of the country. I explained to nurse that it was a holiday in PR and an emergency room was the only alternative to get a prescription refilled, 24 hours later I got a call that the Dr wanted me to come into her office for an appointment, when I explained again about the situation it took 24 more hours for a call back agreeing to call in a prescription to a local pharmacy, three miserable days total.

Dr. Roy was pretty stand offish. She's still technically my primary doctor, however as she's in a large family practice, I gladly take anyone else they give me.
