List of Care Clinic Infusions's Reviews
I am writing this review to share my experience following a ketamine booster infusion I received at Dr. Arura's clinic last year. During the infusion, I began experiencing severe panic, intense disconnection, and fear. I repeatedly asked the assistant/receptionist, Sergio, to call the doctor because I did not feel safe. I was crying and clearly distressed, but I was told that the doctor was busy. My parents were also not allowed to come in to support me--the door was locked, and they were denied access. This was extremely frightening and isolating. I want to note that during my initial six infusions, I had a very kind and supportive nurse who helped calm me when I felt anxious. Unfortunately, the booster experience was completely different and deeply traumatic. After the booster, my condition worsened significantly. The next day, I experienced severe dissociation and hallucinations. I tried repeatedly to contact Dr. Arura, but I received no response. I ended up going to the emergency room four times. Each time, I was told to follow up with Dr. Arura. When I called the clinic to schedule an urgent appointment, Sergio was consistently unprofessional and dismissive. An appointment was finally made for the next day, but on the day of the appointment, Dr. Arura refused to see me and canceled it. I was told through staff to go back to my psychiatrist instead. After that, the clinic stopped seeing me altogether. Before the booster was administered, I clearly told Dr. Arura that I was not feeling well, felt disconnected, and did not believe it was a good day to proceed with the infusion. I was reassured and told not to worry, that I would be fine. Unfortunately, I was not fine then, and I am still not fine today. Since this experience, I have continued to suffer from severe symptoms and ongoing trauma. As a result, I had to drop out of college, and I am still struggling to recover from what happened. This clinic refers to itself as a "care clinic," but based on my experience, I did not feel cared for as a patient. I felt dismissed, unsupported, and abandoned during a medical crisis. My mother also wrote an honest review describing what happened, but it was removed. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking treatment, especially those who are vulnerable and in need of compassionate, attentive care.
Intake went well, professionals were nice and well-read. Yet to complete treatment.
A Magical Pause in the Middle of Chaos.
After three sessions at Care Clinic, I can honestly say my life has shifted from survival mode to zen mode with superpowers.
I started ketamine treatment for chronic pain and PTSD, not really knowing what to expect. What I found was peace the kind of peace that makes you want to hug the universe and say, “Wow, thank you for this!”
Each infusion feels calm, grounding, and even joyful. My pain has improved by about 40%, making my days much more manageable . I can finally finish a full workday without feeling like I survived a battle.
And I have to say the staff is absolutely phenomenal. They’re kind, professional, and genuinely care about your comfort every step of the way.
Totally recommended. If inner peace had an address, it would definitely be Care Clinic.
A horrible and I mean horrible experience front desk was one of the rudest people I have encountered a shame that he or she works in the metal health industry scheduling is horrible unprofessional and unorganized and they will inconvenience you for there mistake absolutely terrible experience and customer service or care do not come or bring your children here do not care just want peoples money
Ketamine infusion saved my life, my depression grew out of control, I was prescribed a plethora of medications at different dosages but as anyone knows new meds can take weeks to start having any effect. For me it was a losing battle but after a single infusion I saw relief. With regular infusions and at home troches I was able to not just stabilize but thrive.

Dr. Arora was kind and supportive, he actively listened to me and my experiences with the infusions and later the troches, and made adjustments to the medication to fit my needs.

10 out of 10 experience and I would recommend it to anyone struggling.
I love that the care clinic offers telemed services. It’s so convenient for my busy schedule. the online sessions are just as effective as in-person visits and the quality of care is exceptional. Plus it's great not having to commute!
The process for intake for this place is very poor and managed by a lady named Jennifer who does not answer the phone and when she has a poor bedside manner. Also, the main doctor, Dr. Aurora does not see any patients in person rather it’s his team of PAs that see people. Waste of time.
Ketamine treatments at the care clinic have really helped my depression. I've tried many things before without success but this worked. the team was very professional and explained everything clearly. I feel much better now.
The doctors are great. It's the front office and billing that can be challenging. Trying to get a detailed invoice for HSA credit card approval is very difficult.
I would like to first stress this review is about the telehealth online services and the provider is good.

The online portal is impossible to navigate so make sure you never forget your appointment or need any information from it. There is no guarantee anyone will answer the phone or it'll even go through so you have to email all communications. I was assured that there would be evening availability and emailed to confirm it, only to receive a call the next day that they actually won't have anymore evening availability. 9 days before my appointment that I need for my medication, and it is not easy for me to just switch providers that quickly.
Do not go here for mental health services or medication for your mental health. Clearly they are ready to just drop you at a moments notice and leave you stranded.

So after a few weeks I have an addition to my complaint. After the schedule problem and how this place is just mismanaged, I have fully decided to go elsewhere. Currently my prescription hasn't been sent after 2 days. They told me it was a failure to transmit and it's on the providers to do list. The CARE clinic clearly does not have alot of care in them. Do not go here if you have ADHD, they are hell bent on making sure you don't receive that medication.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
