So far I’ve had a great experiences at this clinic. Diana the NP is very professional, caring, and had taken the time to answer all my questions. She has made me feel comfortable and has truly listened to my concerns. I highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for exceptional expertise & quality care.

Just started using this group and thus far I'm very happy that I chose to go with them. They've been very responsive from my initial request to my first sessions. The two providers that I've dealt with has been great and veey welcoming. My only hangup is the Myio app and the fact that I would like to be able to toggle between the main landing page and the actual video session so that I can change certain settings in the application. That is a reflection on the Myio app developers not the provider itself, and a personal preference. So far so great 👍. I'm glad that I chose to acquire them and I look forward to my journey with them.

I love Kristen. She is easy to talk to. And we can always come to a decision about my meds quickly.

Dr Loomen is friendly and kind. She is very knowledgeable in the treating my mood disorder. I feel blessed by her. She is such a gift and blessing to me to be able to work with her. She was able to explain medicine benefits and side effects in clear, concise description that I was willing to try which greatly helped me and improved my quality of life. She was able to help me reinstate my driver's license by following through the requirements the DMV needed from her regarding my circumstances with treatment. Dmv requires me to have my doctor's submits notes each year to them due to medication I take in last 7 years. This last year, they sent me a note and said I no longer need to.

Unpleasant staff, I did NOT like my experience here at all. Stay away! I tried several of the therapists and I did not feel as though they were geniune not the right fit for me. Mary the front desk, and several of the office receptionists caused so much chaos for me, harassing phone calls, leaving annoying voicemails, changing and canceling my appointment three times even though I booked cab rides to come. The last final straw for me was when the front desk kept leaving harassing voicemails and called me 6 times on my birthday!! They called every 2 hours on my birthday, even when I called back and told them to stop they did not. Specifically Mary also asked me at least 10 times, “can you change your appointment to 1pm, wait now 3pm, wait now the next day?” Then she would call back about 10 minutes after that and change it again, unprofessional and just no respect for the patients schedule or customer service. Complete disregard of the patient’s time. The scheduling system and office staff is such a nightmare, the receptionists over the phone during intake would also book me incorrectly with psychiatrists when I only needed a therapist, I would show up to the appointment and then the psychiatrist would tell me I wasted my time coming there. I wasted money on Ubers and cab rides going there at least 4 times due to scheduling errors. Please do NOT come to this practice, huge waste of time! They are not professional

Meghan has been great for me. I’m bipolar and I’ve had a long history with psychiatrists. I moved here a few months ago and Ms. Linehan is very knowledgeable, proactive, and skilled. Better than my recent doctors.
