Such a disorganized office/establishment; scheduling the appointment was a challenge from Manassas to MD to Fairfax; finally was able to get someone to help me. Then, I called the morning of to ask if they had my referral in hand and they said yes; ; travelled to the location, took off from work, spent valuable time waiting, and $ on gas to sit and wait for 28 minutes to be told I needed to wait another 20 minutes because the office did not have the referral. I asked Dr. to see me and she refused. I am asked to trust her; though this disorganized office did not trust me to have insurance and make payment--I am not following this lack of respect. I called in advance and spoke to various people who assured me, I was good to go. There is just no customer care.

She was very thorough and took into consideration my whole medical history. She listened and ordered all the necessary tests plus referred to an additional specialist. I trust her completely and she has a wonderful bedside manner.
