I had been seeing a different practice in NOVA. I felt like my situation did not matter to them. I did some research & contacted Medstar Arrhythmia. Dr. Strouse not only saw me right away, he listened, and moved quickly so I could get the treatment I needed, in the time I needed. I can't say enough about his caring and compassionate way of treating patients! He is definitely one of the best in his field!

I have been going to Dr. Strouse for about 20 years. He gave me a regimen of medication which has kept my a-fib under control the whole time. I see him once each year and I find that he is always responsive to my needs. I appreciate the professionalism and the care he always shows in attending to my medical problem.

Dr. Strouse is a very caring and an excellent doctor. He did a fantastic job in performing the ablation. Very knowlegeable and capable.

I am 10 years post ablation from an Ablation Dr. Strouse and Dr. DelNegro performed on me while he was employed at The Arrhythmia Associates. I prayed that I would see 10 years following his mistake during my procedure. When I look at the faces of my two young children I pray I can see 10 more. During my ablation 10 years ago they made a mistake and ablated my right coronary artery which caused me to go into cardiac arrest. I am now on the cusp of heart failure because of Strouse and his negligence. Please consider a second opinion

Dr. Strouse recently performed an ablation on me. My wife and I could not ask for a more caring and professional doctor. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure that both of us were aware of what would be happening both during and after the procedure was done. We could not ask for a better physician. I have been extremely pleased with the medical care I am receiving from Dr. Strouse. He is experienced, knowledgeable and explains things to me in a clear, easy to understand way. From reading up on my procedure-- a catheter ablation-- I can see, now that it over, that Dr. Strouse has excellent judgment. His nurse practitioner is also terrific- skilled and personable. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Strouse as a doctor and glad I followed my cardiologist's recommendation to go with him.

Strouse is under the medstar group for cardiology. Not only is his office personnel is rude and unprofessional, he is a negligent dr while i was under his care. I complained to medstar through their third party complaint department and they are uncaring and refused to help me after they told me they would. Strousse let another inexperience link heart dr from another group operate on me under his supervision while we were all in surgery . The link was placed in wrong where i had to fight to get it taken out and had alot of physical and mental stress. After i got it taken out, i found out the machine wasnt working. There was no communication.i had no idea what was going on all i know is that with five leg surgeries and had cancer cysts removed, i am not a guinea pig here.

Dr. Strouse is not only brilliant, and capable but also kind and thoughtful. He handled my procedure like a pro. By using some amazing technology he was able to fix my heart and which has changed my life. I was so impressed with him. And even though there was an issue after the procedure even though he'd already gone home, he was available by phone to help. He is amazing! Talented! And I'd let him work on my heart any day
