Because I have Covid I was unable to make my scheduled appointment. I called them early in the morning and asked if I could have a teleconference. They called back and set up the conference which they scheduled for the time of my appointment. After the conference they called me back to let me know that they were working on setting up my scheduled operation. I was very pleased with the conference and the way they immediately started the necessary process. As with all of my visits to Medstar I have never had any problems setting up visits, surgeries or tele-conferences.

All encountered for AFIB follow up were helpful, patient and responsive. Nurse and physician assistant were especially appreciated, answering all questions. Glad y’all are watchin’ my back (heart)!

I really trust Dr Strouse he’s a very knowledgeable doctor. He makes sure you understand what you need. His staff is very careing and kind. Took excellent care of me.

Dr. Strouse is an amazing listener. He allows you to explain all of your symptoms, concerns, and even will get to know you and your life experiences. He then explains your results and situation in detail. He comes off as compassionate, confident, and honest. And most importantly he delivers results.

I have had consistently good experiences with everyone in Dr. Strouse’s office, from office personnel to nurses and all of the staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly and there is very little wait time. Dr Strouse himself is one of the best doctors I have ever had anything to do with. He is whip smart but explains even the most complicated things in a way I understand. He did my ablation for A-fib in October and my results have been wonderful.

I had been seeing a different practice in NOVA. I felt like my situation did not matter to them. I did some research & contacted Medstar Arrhythmia. Dr. Strouse not only saw me right away, he listened, and moved quickly so I could get the treatment I needed, in the time I needed. I can't say enough about his caring and compassionate way of treating patients! He is definitely one of the best in his field!

I have been going to Dr. Strouse for about 20 years. He gave me a regimen of medication which has kept my a-fib under control the whole time. I see him once each year and I find that he is always responsive to my needs. I appreciate the professionalism and the care he always shows in attending to my medical problem.
