Dr. Gentry treated me several months ago in the ER. I have an extensive medical history that has unfortunately brought me to the ER more than I would prefer. I have always tried to do anything at home before going but the conditions I have sometimes need more intervention. Dr. Gentry treated me unlike any medical professional Ever has. He truly listened to me, my symptoms and never cut me off. He included me in the treatment plan and most importantly, I didn’t feel anxiety on top of my other GI symptoms ( and pain). I also had some clarity of what was going on with me. I have kidney failure now.😞 I hope if I need emergency care that the Great Dr. Gentry will be there. He’s one of a kind.

Here we sit in Fair Oaks Hospital waiting to be discharged after one of our most positive ER encounters with a physician—and we’ve had a LOT. My son is a 5 year survivor of stage 3c cancer and we were in and out of emergency rooms during his treatment. Our experience with Dr Gentry stands out as being one of the most well-handled, most respectful, most patient experiences we have had. Dr Gentry listened and was kind and gracious.
