Depak Soni's Online Review Report Card

Horrible physician. I can't believe people like Soni are allowed to be doctors. He should retire for the good of the community!!!!!!!!!

My husband went to see the Dr. Soni the week before the shutdown in March 2020. When the office reopened my husband contacted them in August and was told that his request for a sleep study was not submitted to our insurance. So they said they will go forward and submit to the insurance and get back to him. Why do we have to call you to do your job!! Shouldn't you have picked up where you left off before the shutdown? Well, we heard nothing!!!!!!!! I contacted them in January, where i was told that they had to request to his insurance again because the approval time period had already past. What!!!!! So we did get approved but no one did their job and told us. So as I'm talking to one of the receptionist or nurse ( I don't remember because I'm so frustrated), She didn't want to explain what happen and just sounded like she didn't care. We have called multiple times and It is now March of 2021 and they still have not called!!!! It has been a year and nothing has been done!!! Do doctors even check up on their patients anymore? Or do they just leave everything in the hands of their nurses and receptionist. This is so ridiculous, now my husband has to find a new doctor. He is a extremely busy person and it was hard enough to get him to your office in the first place. UPDATE!!!! Call the office again 3/19/21. THE WORST OFFICE NURSE EVER!!!! BELINDA YOU ARE SO INSENSITIVE, DID NOT CARE BUT THE FACT THAT IT WAS FRIDAY AND THAT I SHOULD BE GLAD THAT YOU ANSWERED MY CALL, LIKE YOU SAID!!! TELLING THE SAME EXCUSE FROM LAST YEAR WHEN I TALK TO YOU, AGAIN YOU DID NOT DO YOUR JOB AND CALL BACK. THEN DECIDED TO HANG UP ON ME WITH A ATTITUDE, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE STOP DEALING WITH PATIENTS IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO BE POLITE.

I am blessed to have Dr. Depak Soni as my pulmonologist. I have been seeing him from the last 4 years. He makes sure I was equipped with all the medicine I need. Due to Peak in allergies this 2021 it’s crazy as I ended up in ER with asthma attack. Dr. Soni had explained how to deal in emergency with the epipen which saved my life. Dr.Soni responds promptly when ever I need his attention. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism. God bless. Ayesha Umair

Dr. Soni, is my all time favorite Doctor and the best Pulmonologist I have ever had. My asthma is more under control now because of Dr. Soni than in the last 25 years!

I have been a patient for at least 10 years. I have found him to be kind, caring, listens to my concerns, he can put me at ease. He has seen me through adult on-set asthma and lung cancer. With cancer it was diagnosed very early, Dr. Soni recommended a surgeon, he even called to set up the appointment. He is a wonderful doctor and a very caring person.

He is a great doctor! He actually cares about his patients and is very passionate about what he is talking about.

I was introduced by Dr. Soni via hospital admission. He is the first there in the morning to check on his patients. He and his partners come in prepared and family with patients illness, progress and treatment plan. I’ve had an amazing experience and will recommend this doctor.

Depak Soni is such a caring pulmonary doctor. He asks the right questions, listens carefully to everything I say about my condition and gives me the benefit of his incredible depth of knowledge. He truly cares deeply for his patients and I have every confidence that he will be able to help me!
