My first visit with Dr. Paquette and I felt he was really great. I was in for a bladder cancer check and he did a great job helping to understand my situation. Answered all questions that I had. I was clear on the test and he was very good about explaining future steps. Great doctors sometimes hard to find. Dr is good. But it took me over a month to get a hold with the receptionist. She wont even tell me why she didnt answer my voice mail and etc... I would have gave him 5 stars if he could manage his employees better!

Dr. Paquette is the most unresponsive doctor we've ever encountered. He doesn't follow up on his word regarding getting back to patients. We've tried for over a week to get in touch with him regarding test results and get the run around from his office staff. The staff office doesn't give a dam about the situation and just puts us on hold forever. DON'T GO TO THIS PRACTICE.

Excellent Doctor! Very thorough and very responsive. Dr. Paquette called me with my test results by the time I returned home, within 60 minutes. He is also teaches at Fairfax hospital. He comes highly recommended from myself, and my son who is also a doctor and was educated by Dr. Paquette. He answers your questions honestly and provides you with alternatives.

Excellent doctor! I've been taking my father to him for in-office visits and also surgery at the hospital. Dr. Paquette is attentive, professional, caring - I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. We trust him.

Dr. Paquette is one of the finest Urologist I have ever seen. I have no comment on the staff, but I can say as his patient, he is a top-notch physician. All my experiences over several years have been what you would expect in a doctor-client relationship. All positive!

Dr. Paquette is an excellent Urologist based on my personal experience. My wife also sees a Urologist in the same practice, Inova Medical Group Urology, but we both find it almost impossible to work with their front office people. Their lines are always busy and messages left are rarely returned. I have spent as much as 30 minutes on hold, finally giving up. These problems started when INOVA bought the practice, so I suspect they are under-staffed by the hospital.

I had my annual appointment with Dr. PAquette today. He is the very best. Very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. He really understands men’s urology situations. He is truly above the best.
