I love this medical practice, NovaMed Associates. I always feel confident that I will get the best of care from my doctor, Dr Eric Vallone, and from the knowledgeable staff, especially Danka as well as the nurses, from the moment I step into the office to the moment I leave and beyond. Dr. Vallone always responds promptly to my calls and emails and effectively addresses my medical problems, even in the middle of the night. He and everyone in the office make me feel as though I am the only patient. That was my experience when I went for my COVID and flu shots on this occasion. They were well prepared and served me promptly, efficiently and compassionately. I had decided to go because of the excellent information about both illnesses and their prevention and treatments that Dr. Pontz and Dr. Vallone emailed me as their patient. They have even begun Webinars to keep their patients informed. I am so appreciative of the attention and care I receive at NovaMed Associates! Thank you, Dr. Vallone!

Dr. Vallone always takes the time to thoroughly explain and discuss ongoing health issues, test results, and medications. Wait time is minimal and the office staff and nurses are always professional and courteous. Referrals to other specialists have been consistently top-notch. I highly recommend Dr. Vallone as a primary care provider.

Dr. Vallone is an outstanding diagnostician. He listens intently to the patient’s concerns and asks clarifying questions. Only after a thorough discussion does he begin a physical examination. His recommendations are always clear and superb. He knows all the best specialists for referrals.
