Disappointing experience. Charged fees for no service, and customer support was poor and unresponsive. Would not recommend.
The doctors are great but the staff is so disrespectful and rude. My sister and I booked an appointment in centerville but the staff made it somewhere else so far away from us. When we tried to reschedule, they said we still had to pay a no show fee and despite saying that this wasn’t our fault, the management didn’t support us.
I love the doctors and nurses and convenience overall. can only praise the staff for the bedside manner, being available for sick visits and some nuanced referrals as wells. However new billing operator is just horrible. I have been with practice for over 10 years and in the last year alone we had billing issues TWICE - the bill was sent to collection within a WEEK after being made available to us. 12/29/2025 - insurance processes within normal cycle 01/08/2026 - sent to collections Their process is broken and the overhead it creates to call them and work this out just pushes me to abandon the practice for something else.
I don’t recommend this place for kids, not sure why these so called doctors rely on parents to say everything about the child. My daughter was diagnosed for autism. She is 3 years old & guess what these people have no suggestions for what her milestones should be when she is 18months,2 Years & even now they didn’t said what she should be capable of doing by 3.5 or 4 years. All they do is hear from parents & when we said we got our daughter diagnosed with Autism (mild) & ABA therapy was recommended. Doctor is like yeah i see that she is showing signs of Autism and i would definitely recommend you taking therapy 🤡 Seriously? We were in Pennsylvania (CHOP) , from new born until 9 months. Doctors are way too knowledgeable than these people. 1 have a request to all the parents, please if you are taking your child here, don’t rely on them. Keep an eye of your child’s milestones over the time. To me these people are no less than time-passers & 100% rely on parents to say everything. They don’t want to spend even 2-3 mins talking or engaging with kids. All they do is check breathing (stethoscope) & ear infection (otoscope). If you ignore my comment, take it easy thinking just i am writing out of frustration. You could be next in my position. Please avoid this place 🙏
After months of not having clear answers at urgent care and the ER, Dr. Albert was instrumental in providing us with the help needed to move forward.
Take time and super nice
We had such a great experience with nurse practitioner Jessie Morvin and the team at Fairfax Pediatrics Greenbriar office during annual wellness check. They were kind, patient, and really took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. My children felt comfortable and cared for, which means the world to us. The office was clean and well-organized, and we were seen on time. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a thoughtful and professional pediatrician!
We have been going to this practice for almost two decades, so it pains me to write this poor review. The doctors and NPs have all been great and their quality of care is excellent. Unfortunately the front desk and admin staff have been getting progressively worse and we are now routinely treated with smugness and condescension. The latest is that they rescheduled an appointment for earlier in the day without telling us, and the check in email we received confirms the original time. My wife, after having taken off of work, was rudely told they “spoke to someone on the account” about the change upon arrival. That’s a flat out lie, which became more obvious as they refused to say who they spoke to or what number they called. Mistakes happen, but what kind of practice lies to their patients?
Loved the office staff and nurses but had a horrific experience with one of the doctors, Vijay Srinivasa, during our first AND last appointment with him. I had asked him for specialist recommendations and noted specifically that I wanted to avoid a specific specialist due to horrible bedside manner. As soon as he heard me mention the specialist's name he instantly raised his voice and started talking over me as if I offended him. He seemed to assume that I was insulting the specialist's intelligence when i mentioned nothing of the sort. I did my best to stop him by noting that it had nothing to do with that specialist's knowledge but rather her bedside manner. He did not apologize nor acknowledge his unnecessary tantrum. I would not recommend him to anyone and have already shared this horrific experience to others who go to FPA. Thankfully there are plenty of other doctors to choose from there.
Such patient and friendly staff

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
