Dr.Albert was awesome !! We are first time parent He made sure follow up with me and my husband with our son’s test results And explain every detail to us
Dr.Albert was fantastic! He was professional, Kind and very knowledgeable. He was thorough in getting to know our daughter and her medical history. He took his time explaining things in a way we could understand, nothing felt rushed about the appointment. You could tell her really cared!
We have had a world-class pediatric experience at this practice with our kids for over five years. All the nurses, assistants and physicians we interacted with have been great including Drs. Mazid, Tsai, Srinivasa, Murphy, Nguyen, Phan and too many names to list here. Sadly, one of its pediatricians left the practice to work for FDA. Being a practicing pediatrician requires a special calling and not everyone can adapt to all that the job demands. Well checks have been the best as my kids have not needed very many sick or same day visits as a couple of reviewers have expressed concerns. We are still learning when a child needs a pediatric emergency room, urgent care rather than a visit to FPA? Some bright spots: we liked the efficiency of the drive-thru vaccination station that FPA set up during COVID. Overall, it has been great bringing our kids here and would highly recommend Greenbriar. A recent introduction of round-abouts in Fairfax has confused our GPS mapping software guiding drivers to go to Washington rather than Western Fairfax which is erroneous considering that the Eastern most office of FPA is in the Western-most edge of Fairfax. Which just goes to show that newcomers cannot trust their GPS to take them to Greenbriar. We were able to get all the care we needed by being extra flexible willing to driving to alternate sites such as Brambleton and Centreville. With all the change to the community that has been in the works with the dominant employer of the area ever evolving its priorities and employment levels: kids coming and going with permanent changes of station, reductions in force, or pockets of recruiting, we hope your family will enjoy this resource as much as we did. Everything child-related in this community needs a waiting list so if expecting, I advise checking out this practice and making any arrangements ahead of time.
I took my daughter to morning walk in visit at Green Briar Location. They told me they do not accept walk in since covid. Covid was 5 years ago they are still going with covid shift. Why we need your service if we can not use it. Seems like you are only good for yearly check up now and that is even crazy because nobody never available. We used to be seen by one doctor now every year you see different doctors. Used to like you guys and doctor Chung . But now, not anymore
DO NOT COME HERE!!! Long story short, they never sent the first two visits to my insurance despite having valid insurance and plenty of time to do it and then tried to charge me $1,300. When I refused, they "kindly" dropped it to $480. My insurance sent them several notices that they were not allowed to bill me, yet now I am getting letters from a collection agency. I am considering legal action to get this harassment to stop. I took my newborn to here up until his 6 month appointment. I had no issues with the care, but they never sent my first two visits to my insurance and neglected to let me know there was an issue except for one notification through their portal saying there was invalid insurance. This notice came 2 weeks after the baby got switched to his own plan, given no specific information on which visits the insurance was invalid for, I had assumed there was an issue with his insurance as I had not been given this notice in the month and a half since the initial appointment under the mother's plan. I tried to get this resolved, I was told there was no more problems less than 2 weeks after that notice. Then I got another notice saying that a previously unreported balance was being sent to collection in 4 days. I made frantic calls to the billing department and got no answer until a call back about a week later, after it said it would be sent to collection. During that call, they said they'd look into it and call me back, they didn't do either and I figured no news is good news until 2 months later I got another collection notice, called them again and they lied to me about some vaccine being not covered by my insurance and that was why it was declined. I called my insurance, they did cover that vaccine but they had never received anything until mid January and my baby was seen on October 5th, the 15th, November 1st, and December 2nd. Good doctors, absolutely abysmal billing team and poor customer service. I will miss my baby's doctor
I have had a wonderful experience at this practice. I went to Dr. Murphy as a child and she and all the other Doctor's, PA's, and Nurses give wonderful care. I always get appointments fast and extremely quick service with questions. They welcome our family each time we have an appointment so kindly. They are thorough and take concerns seriously especially giving extra care to first time parents. They all are knowledgeable and kind. I would not trust any other place with my daughter.
I see that this practice does not rank well and I am glad I didn't previously checked the reviews or I would have not gone there. I brought my teenager son there a couple of months ago and we were very satisfied with the service provided. The front desk ladies were courteous and professional, the nurse was super friendly and loved working there (she was new) and Dr. Clewett was extremely attentive who spent a lot of time with my son being a new patient. We really liked her and we both thought that she was amazing! We are very please so far with everyone we encountered there.
Scheduling is an absolute nightmare with this practice. Recurring cancellations, especially for well visits, and zero flexibility to accommodate patients. The front desk staff, particularly their lead, Christian Hernandez, is rude, condescending, and dismissive. I have never encountered a front desk so hostile--it feels like you're bothering them by calling. The lack of empathy here is disheartening; you're just a number to them. They don't seem to care about building relationships with their patients or families. Reading the other negative reviews, I can confirm they are spot on. The only reason we stayed with this practice for 12 years was Trish McDade, who is a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. However, the latest issue was the last straw, and we are leaving on a very sour note. It's sad to part ways after so many years, but the overall management and attitude here make it impossible to continue.

My son had an annual check up today which was setup yesterday when the office contacted me to set it up. I did the pre check in online this morning and was just there today at 3:36pm and was refused service because we arrived 16 minutes late to the 3:20 appointment. My son is in middle school and had an after school orchestra program he had to attend and we got delayed because of that. I tried calling the Fairfax office twice and no one answered the phone. When we arrived they said the doctor said he couldn’t see him because we were late. As a healthcare worker I doubt the doctor would refuse to see him. I was off today from work but got delayed at my son’s school and they said he could come back tomorrow at 11am. I told them I’d like to speak to the manager what an inconvenience it is to come back tomorrow and take my son out of school when I’m already here. They will loose four patients now. If that’s the kind of service they will provide to their parents then it is unacceptable. They need to be more understanding with parents. I told the manager they better not charge me because I was here and pre checked in online for the appointment but they refused service. I called the billing department too and they better not charge me for their neglect to see their patients. An annual check up doesn’t even take more than 30 minutes especially if your kid is up to date with everything.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
