List of Faiza Kada's Reviews
Dr. Kada is terrible. I am taking immunotherapy for cancer which affected my thyroid. Her bedside manner is extremely poor and I was berated for asking simple questions about my healthcare and the drugs prescribed. Both my oncologist and me have messaged her with no response. I have showed up for a scheduled appointment which was canceled without my knowledge. She told me that I 'worry too much' about something which in fact her nurse told me to look out for! Her staff told me that I was not allowed to switch doctors within the practice and when I questioned this more, they said I good switch once and not again and that this was an INOVA hospital policy (which in fact it is not.) I would not recommend this doctor. Go to another practice.
I didn’t see espaclist for the last two years because I had a baby and I work full time job 5 days a week , the last time I saw my primary care physician was last year regarding to foot cramping and my foot was hurting so bad , however doctor Kada give me a refill for a year supplies expired in September and I get notified Friday night from my pharmacy that there is no more refills until I saw my doctor , I called the office to make an appointment and get a refill , so the earlist I can see her was January and I agreed but I ask if I can get refill before January I only have week supply ! So the lady wasn’t sure she said she will check and let me know I got a call back from the office it was rude he said that she can’t give refill until January because I don’t see her for the last two years assuming that I’m seeing other doctors, and he keep telling me excuses like she can’t give me refill bcause she doesn’t have any records for me but she can see in the records that I’ve been seeing other doctors which doesn’t make any sense to me, and I’m working with a doctor office and the records will stayed in the system doesn’t matter how many years we didn’t saw the patient ! Dishonesty and disrespectful Not recommend at all
Horrible service. I go with my dad to his appointments as he has difficulty in hearing. So when he was referred to Dr. Kada for his diabetes, she was very cold to us and condescending. She seems to have a pattern of saying " I didn't know you were here" when she comes into the room to see you. The first time, I let it go as these things happen, but I thought it was bit suspicious when her nurse came out to us before our appointment to tell us they they were running behind cause of an emergency. Ok, cool, that happens, we were in no rush. So when she said that to us on the first visit, it was bit odd to me. She then told us we needed to see her in 2 weeks, but when we made the next appointment, they told us she was out on vacation that time so the next availability wasn't until May. So then the receptionist asked her and she told us to come in the following week. Ok we do. At the second appointment, we come in early, get checked in. Her nurse was really nice and he answered the questions we had and told us what the procedure was. He would take the device, upload it to the system so Dr. Kada could see the data and then told us she would be in after that. So we waited and she came in and she immediately said the same thing she told us last week, " I didn't know you were here" and both times she blamed her nurses for that. Once was little suspicious, but understandable, but twice? And the same excuse? So she asked us why were we there ( which I thought she would know that?) but I digress, So I explained to her why we were there and the steps her nurse told us and she just cuts me off and tells me to calm down and proceeds to keep saying the same excuse. As my dad was explaining to her his medications he was taking, she kept rushing him and then just left in a hurry after it was done. My dad did not like this, nor how she made him feel during the appointment. So we getting a new referral to a different endocrinologist. I do not recommend Dr. Kada.
Don’t waste your time with Dr.Kada. I was transferred to her when Dr.Hundal (the best doctor I’ve ever had) went on leave. Dr.Kada was cold to me and didn’t seem to care about my health. Most recently, I had a request to refill my prescription I need to stay healthy and 3 days went by with no luck. I called the office multiple times to see if it would be refilled and each time they confirmed that it would that day. At this point I was completely out of the medication and needed it filled before the weekend. IT WAS NOT REFILLED. They expected me to go all weekend without the medication I need. That is malpractice. Do not see Dr. Kada.
Very disappointed in the service of Dr Kada. I was transferred to her from another endocrinologist who left the practice. She was not interested in my history of why I sought out the help of an endocrinologist. She had a very condescending way of shutting down the discussion when it was not progressing at the speed or what she wanted to hear. After a short discussion she was quick to taking me off medication that was working and was giving suggestions that was tried and failed, which she would have known if she took the time to ask the history. I will be looking for another doctor who seems to care about the patient to learn enough history before making any diagnosis.
The worst practice I’ve ever encountered. Called weekly for two months and got only a voicemail every time - needed to schedule an appointment but struggled for months to do so. Left many messages and never received a call back. Test results sat in my portal for months without the doctor reaching out or the practice returning my dozens of calls. Dr. Kada finally replied via the portal; her full message was “make an appointment” - if only I could! Awful bedside manner and incredulous lack of professionalism. I have never in my life come across such an unresponsive, irresponsible and disrespectful doctor or practice. Several other patients I know have said the same and we’ve since all left. My new doctor (who is great) actually told me even his team cannot get through to Dr. Kada’s office to request patient records - he as well was astonished at how unresponsive the practice was.

Stuff and specifically front desk don't care when something is urgent. Beware of that if you will get an urgent situation that needs to be addressed
Dr. Kada is thoughtful and thorough!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
