Bravo to everyone at the Bitar Institute in Fairfax! After just having a micro laser peel and a pro fractional laser resurfacing, I can’t say enough positive things about the experience. Dr. Bitar is truly an incredible surgeon who cares about his patients. His staff was kind, professional, and attentive: Dr. Woo, Lauren, Amanda, and Diana are wonderful caring people at the Institute. The procedure I had done was quick and efficiently administered. When I had my consultation with Dr. Bitar, I knew immediately that I want him to be my plastic surgeon. His charisma and kindness are unmatched. I had consultations with multiple doctors but Dr. Bitar stood out to me the most. It’s been about 2 months since I got a rhinoplasty and septoplasty done by Dr. Bitar. I can’t begin to express how wonderful his work is. I’m so happy with my results. I originally had a rhinoplasty done by a different doctor a year prior and I wasn’t happy with my results then. My bump and downturn tip was still visible and my old doctor did not fix my deviated septum at all. I sought out Dr. Bitar for my revision. He has crafted a nose better than I imagined. It suits my face so well and is exactly how I’ve been wanting it to be. It is cute and small but at the same time proportionate to my face. He is truly an artist. He and his staff have made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They take care of each of their patients and provide them with the best care. I feel so much more confident with my nose now and I am so excited for all the swelling to subside throughout the year! Dr. Bitar's new office is spectacular! Its your one-stop-shop for all things cosmetic. He recently gave me injections to remove the laugh lines around my face, and I couldn't be happier! i walked into the office feeling and looking exhausted, and after 10 min of numbing cream, he performed my forehead Dysport and my facial injections. Took no more than 1 hour total and that included 30 mins of laughing and catching up since my last visit. He's amazing and his craft, and the only thing missing was a glass of bubbly to finish it off. I left the office and went straight to an office event with zero bruising, and zero pain. The next morning I had light swelling, and by the evening the results were perfect! He's truly the best doctor around. Dr. Bitar's new office is spectacular! The worst Dr ever. He messed up my girlfriend’s nose for $14k and it has been a year and we still see issues and he told us that it is not his responsibility anymore. Please do not let him do anything on your nose, you can spend the same money and go another place
