I've been seeing Dr. Schumann for about 3 years since my primary MD retired. I couldn't be more satisfied. He's like the family doctor of years ago. Love his mannerism, he takes his time, asked questions, makes one feel very comfortable.

Went to Dr. Schumann because the artery in my neck had a bulge and was sore. He sent me for an ultrasound and did blood work and said I would hear back on Monday. Didn't hear anything so called and left message. Was told by nurse that she wasn't sure when he would call me back. Called twice the next day and was treated like I was annoying them. Just wanted my results. Called again the next day left another message. Called and asked to talk to Office manager and was put through to the doctor who sounded like I was annoying him! Would not recommend this doctor.

One of the best doctors in Northern Virginia. He always takes time to ask about how you are doing and is very thorough in his examinations. He has never been one to load you up on medicines and takes time to adjust the dosages.
