Dr Lee has been wonderful! Very kind warm and caring. Most importantly she is a skilled knowledgeable doctor who rescued me while septic. Very grateful!

Great doctor, I know her practice is busy but was able to get me into her schedule for an emergency EUS procedure a while back, very supportive and really took the time to get to know me as a patient.

This is the first time I met with Dr. Lee She is very patient and listened to all my concerns and discussed multiple options. She relieved me of my anxiety and I am glad I found a doctor I can trust.

I saw Dr. Iris Lee for pancreas issues I’ve had for several years that were brushed off by other providers. Dr. Lee ordered appropriate testing, made the diagnosis and came up with a treatment plan. Easy to communicate via the portal with Dr. Lee and her wonderful nurse, Akai. Easy to schedule a followup appointment online. I so appreciate Dr. Lee for caring and truly listening to me and helping me feel better. Thank you Dr. Lee!

Newly ASSIGNED patient after hospitalization to Dr. Lee...had to wait over 1 month for appt. Not good. I want to ask if she would like for me to get blood tests before the appt so we could discuss current situation. She's listed on my Care Team, but I cannot message the question to her on the MyChart portal. Not good. I have been on hold for a LOOOONNNGGG time waiting for a chance to talk with a real person and ask my blood test question. Listening to LOUD music for a LOOONNNGGG time. BAD! I wonder if the appt experience will be any better. Can't get worse.

I have had Dr. Lee for 2 colonoscopy's over 5 years. She and her office were very helpful in helping me to understand the procedure and in scheduling. I had the results immediately.

Hung up on me in the middle of conversation when I said I had Medicare. She said we don't take that insurance CLICK. Very Rude. I won't see this doctor. I was potentially a new patient and scheduling colonoscopy and endoscopy for my wife and I. Lost my business.

Just like the others. Not sure if I was seeing a MD or a scheduler. Seeing Dr. Lee took like 2 weeks and now running into the third just trying to hear back from her Majesty, the scheduler. I was referred to Dr. Lee by a grear doctor and I believe in him and her but unless she does some action with her Majesty, Andrea, the scheduler. I am not able to wait any longer for such disgrace and disrepesct. Overall, No one answers or returns a phone call or replies to portal question. When calling the main gastro health number, they just give you the extension or transfer you and they have nothing else to help with. Too had, I hope this doctor and her team can understand that she deals with "patients" who seek help.

OK, I just called today, which is Friday mid-morning, and I was able to get through to their office staff with absolutely minimal wait time. I spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful in scheduling the appointment to see Dr. Lee. I've found that offices tend to be less busy on Fridays an hour or two before lunch time.
