Kuperstock was one of 3 referrals I received. He was a better listener than the others and was very easy to talk to about the awkward questions & feelings I had about FFS. What I received is better than what I hoped for (and the scar is much cleaner than what I’ve seen with my friends that had FFS).

Dr. Kuperstock is one of the most professional and friendly doctors I have ever come across. My partner and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences under his care. He knows what he is talking about and how to listen to his patients' needs.

Had FFS this last May and so thrilled with my results. Dr Kuperstock along with all of the others nurses and the desk were amazing. My only criticisms would be when they provide you your letter templates they seem to just copy an older one and edit. I and others have found typos also the file names are nasty like ‘Sample FFS LOS PCPEndo (5) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (4) (1) (1) (1) (2).docs’ - that is the name of the actual file they sent me. A little more professional effort I’d think would look a lot better.

Dr. Kuperstock said that I needed surgery, in order to solve my sinus problems, and he gave me the phone number for his surgery scheduler. I called that number repeatedly, over a period of more than seven weeks. They never answer the phone, so I left messages. They never returned any of my calls. I need the surgery, and so after nearly two months I finally gave up and found another ENT. I had every confidence that Dr. Kuperstock would have solved my sinus problems, but it is simply impossible to make it happen. I have no idea how he stays in business.

Dr. Kuperstock is amazing. I cannot say enough nice things about him. I had an abscess on my face and I called the office *panicked*. The office fit me in to see Dr. Kuperstock on the same day. As a brand new patient, from the first meeting, I felt like I had been his patient for years. He was confident in his approach and talked me through all of the scenarios/possibilities (good & bad). After my first appointment, he fit me in to be seen 3 additional times during the week to check on my progress. He is patient, kind, easy to talk to & confident in his craft. I was lucky to have crossed his path and beyond grateful for his care.
