Dr kacedan and his team have always been professional, attentive to my situation, and accommodating. I've had unexpected minor complications during and post pregnancy, and dr kacedan has always been there to guide me and hear out my concerns/preferences. At the time of my planned c section, dr kacedan was with me in the surgery room, holding my hand and telling me stories to distract me from the spinal tp pain. INOVA womens fairfax hospital L&D nurses also said dr kacedan was one of their favorites because of the attention he gives to the expectant mother. I also like Kelsie at front desk- she is Super efficient and nice. I whole heartedly recommend dr kacedan and his team.

Dr. Kacedan is amazing and extremely patient. However the nurse practitioner (NP) there was not the most professional person. It has took me a couple of years to draft this review because of the shock she gave me about my pregnancy. Basically my HCG levels were abnormal and I was given “alternatives” to take the baby out, or I could let it just miscarry on my own. Luckily, I decided to go get a second opinion because I would not have been blessed with a beautiful baby had I listened to her. I’m not sure what type of experience she really has as a nurse, because when she withdrew blood from my arm it squirted all over the place as well. Probably the most horrific experience I had getting blood drawn. I hope this review will help mothers that are in distressed when dealing with her.

Dr. Kacedan was the best gynecologist that I have ever had in my lifetime! I had surgery years ago to remove a uterine fibroid tumor. It took me years to make a decision to have this surgery. My mother and I had numerous consults with Dr. Kacedan. He has the patience of Job! He was so patient with me and my Mom. He is an excellent surgeon and a gem of a doctor! Unfortunately, my job changed and so did my health insurance. He deserves a 5 star rating for being a great physician!!

Currently a patient and expectant mom. I feel so confident about Dr. Kacedan's ability as a doctor as well has his expertise. He is always so calming, attentive and always so reassuring. He has made this process a literal dream.I look forward to my planned C-Section as I know I am in the BEST hands with the greatest OB team in NOVA

I've been going to Dr. Kacedan since 2002. That is not a typo.He's great, patient and very professional.

If you're pregnant; don't waste your time with other OBGYN's in the area; go see Dr. Kacedan. Dr. Kacedan and his entire staff provided a fantastic experience for my first pregnancy. His front desk staff actually answer the phone when you call, and are kind and responsive. Dr. Kacedan was professional and has a great sense of humor which is something that I greatly appreciated while going through a time that was rather stressful with my pregnancy! Unlike some providers who still have outdated COVID rules who I saw before Dr. Kacedan; my husband was allowed at every doctor's visit, which was a relief considering it took two people to make a baby, ha! Highly recommend Dr. Kacedan and his staff.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kacedan's practice for probably 8-10 years. He used to have a nurse practitioner (a woman) that I loved who no longer works there. Anyway, called this morning to get an appointment for my annual and was told he's booking in SEPTEMBER. I prefer seeing a woman so asked if they make referrals to any other practices since it would be several months before I could get in - no was the answer. In short, front desk is not helpful and 4 months to get an appointment is ridiculous. Super disappointing.

Dr. Kacedan and his team are amazing. I can’t say enough about him and the practice. He made my whole pregnancy and birthing experience so easy for me, made me feel confident with every decision I made, listened to my concerns and I never once doubted his expertise or the calls he would make. He makes you feel at ease and I’m forever grateful he was able to deliver my first. I ended up moving and still drove an hour to see him- and will continue to do so when needed. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

I can't say enough good things about this practice. I found them on a whim when I got pregnant with my first - literally from a Google review, and I could not be happier. Dr. Kacedan has the BEST bedside manner and is extremely empathetic. He listens to you as a patient and makes you feel heard. Reception is also extremely helpful - Kelsea takes care of anything you need handled over the phone within seconds. I feel like I've known everyone here for decades, but it's only been a few years. They have handled the pandemic with great care and precaution. I will be going to Dr. Kacedan for many years. And a dog lover...what more can you ask for!

Best Obgyn ever. Period.
