Dr Simsarian, Is 100% the best doctor I have ever seen. He spent an hour or more meeting with me to discuss my symptoms and concerns. He was patient, kind, and seemed to genuinely care and want to help me. I highly recommend Dr. Simsarian.

Caring, knowledgeable, and open minded. Never felt rushed or unimportant. Truly felt like he cared and listened at every appointment.

I see Dr. Simsarian for MS. He is compassionate, caring, and personable. He has a wonderful bedside manner and makes you feel like you are his only patient. But more importantly, he is highly skilled in his profession, knows all the latest medical advances, and just wants you to be well. He really cares. So does his staff. They are thorough and kind. So happy I found this doctor.

I saw 4 other doctors that said I didn't have MS, no lesions in my brain. When I first saw him he was quite condescending and didn't seem to care about me at all. He ordered all the blood tests and a full Brain and Spinal MRI. When I saw him for the diagnosis he just came right out and said I have PPMS and put me on Ocrevus. I've been to John Hopkins twice and saw two different doctors and they said not MS no lesions in the brain, no MS. I finally decided to go to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN and saw Dr. Weinshenker who has done a lot of research on MS specifically having only one lesion and doing a test on my hands that no other doctor did called McArdle's sign, which he said is definitely an MS symptom. He also has done studies on people with only one lesion and determined that if you have all the symptoms of MS then you have what is called "Solitary Sclerosis". He put me on Amprya, which Dr. Simsarian never mentioned and I am walking better than before. He also recommended I stop taking Ocrevus, since my symptoms were getting worse and it wasn't worth the price. So, I would recommend seeing many doctors before taking Dr. Simsarians word. Go to the Mayo Clinic, best MS doctors around.

Beyond grateful for having found this practice. Dr. Simsarian and the entire staff at NCF are just outstanding. I would be lost and in awful shape without them. I can’t say enough good things about NCF and can’t find the words that will do justice.

My wife and son have been patients of Dr. Simsarian for over 10 years. He is a leader in the field of Multiple Sclerosis/Neurology. He is very personable and works to find the best care for each patient. This often makes him run late for appointment times. However, I know when I'm the one who may need extra time and attention, he gives it. This makes waiting the extra minutes worth it. He also commits himself to patient education by running free, "newly diagnosed" support groups, free condition-specific seminars (which often include a free meal at an area restaurant), and a free annual seminar. The annual seminar brings together other experts and vendors, all to provide direct access to the most current information from the various professionals and services, which his patients need. I'm always confident in his knowledge and personalized treatment plans.

If you want to have a team of highly competent and genuinely caring professionals at your side then here is your stop. Thank you all so much.

I couldn’t even make an appointment to his practice. I have MS for 15 years and my doctor moved last year so I am searching for a new MS doctor. Apparently they don’t want patients unless they are referred. I said what do you want me to do, I don’t have a doctor now. They said sorry, we cannot help. Worst practice I ever deal to.

Nursing staff not kind & not willing to solve the problem at hand. Very disappointing
