I felt Dr Pollner was very kind and very informative when it came to my visit. I felt very comfortable and at ease after she talked with me. I found her and her staff very trustworthy and easy to talk to and very happy I found her to be my specialist.

This review is for those considering Dr Jane Pollner MD as a doctor. I can tell you this. I was referred to her for an illness that was quite complicated and was not acknowledged. It was during #Covid-19 times so it was over zoom. I explained in detail my issues. I felt she did not want to listen to my health concerns or illness. She made me feel like I was making it up. I asked to just give me a chance please, meet me in person. She refused. I never got a report on her reasons. She dismissive and told my doctor she wouldn’t see me again. Wow! I was amazed a doctor could do this? It hurt my self esteem and made me feel different. I continue to suffer greatly from a infectious disease, undiagnosed and need to take next steps to letting medical board know about this. So Please beware! #GoodLuck #BeSafe

This doctor is amazing, this docter went through and helped me with many of my concerns that l wanted to resolve. This doctor really cares about the patient and treats with care. Once again thank you so much doctor with all the things you've done and working with me without giving up.

She was the professional that found that my husband had a very rare disease and she took her time to explain the cause and the treatment!

Worst of the worst! Told me that the CONFIRMED AVTIVE VIRUS on my blood-work "isn't real" and that it produces no symptoms in healthy adults. Meanwhile, I have fevers, swollen lymph nodes and feel awful. (that's why I was there, because I'm symptomatic when I shouldn't be) Yet, here I am! She was totally dismissive and when I confronted her on it she asked me if I was "seeing a psychologist". We don't need more mental health shaming in this country. She smirked the whole visit. Just plain awful.

Worst doctor ever! Don't waste your time and money! She couldn't even do the bloodwork I asked for. Clearly, she is not qualified to work with patients. She shoved me out the door without addressing my concerns. This is a doctor who does not want to do her job. Stay away!

Completely dismissive, rude, unfriendly. Terrible bedside manner. A waste of my co-pay and my insurance company's money.

Fraifax hospital requested her to treat my mother for a fungal infection she caught from hospital. She stopped by and never explained or communicates anything about the disease or treatment. Avoid her!

I saw her in Fairfax hospital when my mother caught a hospital infection. She stopped by to check her out but never explained anything about it or treatment or anything. Avoid!

Not pleasant in interaction. Odd interaction as if she doesn't understand and believe patient. Smirked a lot. Exam rooms dirty. Astonished at the diagnosis and medication which could have been done by an intern in school.
