The doctors are pretty good but their office staff is terrible and have no knowledge of customer service.

I am 75 and have never had a bad experience with a doctor's office until this one. It is inexcusable not to follow thru on a confirmed telephone appointment and at the last moment to say your appointment is invalid. The doctor is supposed to be managing my blood pressure which she made me wait 3 weeks for an appointment to get me off the meds that were causing serous gastric issues. As I'm getting ready to leave for this long awaited appointment get a phone call to say appointment was invalid. Oh, and the doctor was suppose to do a 2:30 phone call which never happened. What a horrible experience by an negligent doctor.

Very thorough doctor who listens to patient concerns and addresses any issues that arise with current research based knowledge.

Dr. Moghissi been my family doctor for 9 years she's always great to me and my family her staff members always helpful and respectful thank you all for your great service.

This review is overdue. My relationship with this doctor started off great. I didn't mind the wait, because she'd spend lots of time with me. She was so engaging and seemingly down to earth. However, after a couple of years, things started to change. Everyone has personal issues, but when a doctor takes up my visit talking about her personal issues, rushes me at the end of my appointment, and then adds, "I have other patients to see," as if I've been doing all of the talking, I have a problem with that. I sang her praises in the beginning, but the problems started with the inappropriate billing. I went to my annual visit, which is 100% covered by my insurance, but I wound up with a bill. During my visit she asked me how a medical issue I was seeing her for was coming along. I answered her questions. Next thing you know, my visit is billed as something else, rather than an annual visit. I checked with my insurance company and although rarely done by other practices, she can do this. Talk about bate and switch. My previous doctor's office never did that. Don't question the billing or you will get an earful or an invitation to go elsewhere. Then COVID happened. After businesses started seeing patients in person again, she stuck to the virtual hours. It was extremely difficult to make an in-person appointment with her. I do not recommend going to this practice.

Fantastic doctor! Listens well, does her best to understand my issues and address my concerns, schedules follow ups, and one of my best experiences with a USA doctor.

So very pleased with the care and guidance that Dr. Moghissi provides. SHe is patient and listens and provides suggestions and solutions. Her entire office staff is Outstanding, imo. I strongly recommend this medical practice.

Amazing, kind and such compassionate doctors and nurse practitioners in this practice. They are willing to listen to you and work on your care as a team, with you as a part of it. Thank you all so much♥️

Dr. Moghissi and her team of professionals have been taking care of my medical needs and those of my family for over two decades now. Dr. Moghissi is an extremely patient, thoughtful and caring doctor. She is truly a rarity these days when most doctors try to get patients in and out of their office within 10 minutes. She really cares for her patients and she is very knowledgeable. I have been so happy with my first two appointments with her that I have made her my primary care doctor. This is an excellent doctor.
