I did not have a positive experience. I could not get anybody to assist me with costs of visit/procedure. I had to cancel my appt due to this issue.

I saw Dr. Rolef this week and the appointment felt rushed. She was a little curt and seemed stress. We do understand that everyone is a little stressed but it adds another layer of worry to the psyche of a patient etc.

I appreciated Dr. Rolef's approach to my kidney stone management. Instead of ordering a CT, she recommended an ultrasound since it would likely be able to pick up large stones and there is no radiation. She was thorough in her explanation of the next steps and called me to discuss my results within a few days of the ultrasound. I also appreciated Dr. Rolef's emphasis/education regarding preventing future stones and personalized dietary recommendations. I appreciated Dr. Rolef's approach to my kidney stone management. Dr. Rolef is an experienced, caring and professional. I have kidney stones both sides. She worked professionally and did her best to treat me without going into a procedure that may cause complications. Bottom line she is a good urologist doctor.

Dr Rolef is spectacular. Her mere presence, direct approach and confidence brings you to an excellent comfort level. This help makes the procedure more acceptable and aids in the healing process. She doesn't have time to listen and follow up. Her office staff are terrible, it's very hard to get an schedule even after your surgery follow up.
