Dr. Elkas is an amazing doctor. I trusted him with my life and he saved it. I have now been going to him for almost three years. On my first appointment with him, I was nervous, but he put me completely at ease. He is funny and warm. When you put a great personality with great knowledge and skill, you cannot go wrong and that is Dr. Elkas in a nutshell. I have to travel about 1.5 hours to see him, but I could not image going to anyone else even though I no longer have cancer. If you are looking for the most incredible doctor, than look no further than Dr. Elkas.

I was referred to Dr. Elkas for complex, bilateral ovarian issues. As a young female in her 20s, I was overtaken with anxiety. His knowledge is by far his most impressive skill, however his bedside manner is equally reassuring. His encouragement and understanding each step of the way made a very distressing situation easier to cope with. Dr. Elkas performed a very complex procedure, successfully. I will forever be grateful for his expertise. Thank you Dr. Elkas!

Dr. Elgas is a great Dr., he has excellent bed side manners , he’s kind, caring and genuinely cares about you.

I’ve been going to Dr. Elgas over a year , All I can say are wonderful things about him. He is a excellent surgeon and such a kind , and caring Dr., his bed side manners are always excellent , he explains everything that is going on .The type of practice he has isn’t always easy for him , with his genuine kindness it helps so much. His nurse Mina is very caring also along with Jennifer . His front desk is very nice , I do love speaking with Angela and Mia they confront You when making an appointment.

Dr Elkas is a wonderfully compassionate, caring and skilled doctor. The office is pleasant and well run. I can't imagine having a better caregiver through my cancer battle.

Dr. Elkas has a comforting, reassuring demeanor and is skilled in his area of practice. I heartily recommend him. I have been a patient of his for over two years. His Annandale/Fairfax office staff is a whole other matter. I don’t think I have been to a professional or medical office that is as poorly operated as this one. Calls and emails are not returned (as in days and weeks even) with regard to appointments, scheduling surgery, and answering pre-op questions. Good luck ever getting through and talking to admin or medical staff person — it’s all voice recorders. There is no sense of accountability among staff either. Pleased though I was with Dr. Elkas, the management of this large group practice would give me serious pause to return to it or recommend it to others.

Dr. Elkas did my Mother's surgery in January 2019. We really appreciate him and everyone in the office who were so kind to us. We truly had a great experience, Dr. Elkas is a compassionate and caring person. Most of all, he has a great bedside manner. Dr. Elkas takes time to listen to any questions or concerns and spends time explaining everything you need to know. Most of all we are pleased with the result of the surgery and recovery has been going well so far. We are lucky to have met him and have him taking care of our Mother.

Dr. Elkis is a wonderful surgeon and physician. He takes the time with his patients to uncover the issues at hand. He and his staff are very attentive, knowledgeable and responsive.
