I saw this doctor for an emergency visit after a mouth injury. The office staff was lovely, they fit me in as needed, and the doctor and his assistants were professional and knowledgeable. The office atmosphere itself is beautiful, and the whole experience was fantastic, especially because I was so nervous and worried about my extensive injury.

Dr. Barbour and all staff are absolutely phenomenal! Our daughter cut her finger tip off the day before Halloween. Dr. Barbour repaired it in emergency room and we had follow up appointments at his office for a few months. He always made her feel special each time she went. Always told her how brave she is. They shared dog stories! He absolutely turned this horrific event in her life in a positive way. She cares for him a lot. It’s a scary event for a 7 year old little girl to experience! Her finger looks wonderful too. You can barely tell there was ever any trauma. Top notch surgeon with excellent staff, and a beautiful clean office space!! Thank you for everything Dr. Barbour and team members!! You guys are awesome!!

Dr. Barbour expertly put my hand back together following a significant and complex injury. He was immensely patient and explained everything he was doing, thoroughly answered all my questions no matter how basic, and put me at ease through the entire procedure. I was impressed with his surgical technique, competence, and manner. I was also impressed with his staff during my follow-up visits; Dr. Barbour and his staff were attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. Most importantly, Dr. Barbour's approach and skill ensured I would have full use of my hand, and for that I am most grateful.

This guy has a ego way over his expertise. Very poor bedside manner. Do not trust him anywhere near you with a scalpel. STAY AWAY

Wonderful doctor, caring and thoughtful!

Dr. Barbour treated me at ER to stitch up my hand after I had an injury while doing a home project on a Saturday night. He made sure I understood my injury and I felt more at ease after talking to him. He was thorough while giving me aftercare instructions as well which was nice as I had never cared for a wound before. His office staff called me first thing Monday morning to check in on me. I appreciated his care and his team's commitment to making sure I was ok.

Dr Barbour saved my son's hand. He took excellent care of him.

Dr. Barbour did my surgery at the end of 2017. Since the surgery, my thumb ias been stuck in position and I can not move it. It looks abnormal and in worse condition than before the surgery. Dr. Barbour never told me all the information I needed about the surgery and was in a rush to get it done because he was transitioning to his own office. Now I have to live with a deformed thumb for the rest of my life. He did a terrible job on my stitching, I have a huge unnecessary scar on my hand now.

Truly caring doctor- great staff. Came because I was referred to him by the ER at Mount Vernon hospital for a fracture to my hand.

Dr. Barbour was called in when I came to the ER for a pinky finger injury. He fixed the deep cut and was so nice and funny during the visit. I went to his office a week later for a follow up and they were all so nice.
