I am a new patient to the practice and they were able to take me for an emergency appointment within an hour of calling. I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Fein. The office is easy to find with a lot of parking (although the handicapped parking could be closer to the door). The office has up-to-date equipment and fancy dictation system so that the person writing the record is listening in another room and the doctor can hear that person through earbuds. The exam was extremely thorough and not rushed and everyone was very helpful with navigating a person in a wheelchair.
