All these negative reviews about the receptionist lady Linda are true. I can tolerate her general rudeness but I can't stand that she charges patients out of pocket for no reason. We had to dispute this and get my elderly mother's health care provider involved. Dr. Juliana Park should really get a new receptionist this is unacceptable.

Worst receptionist... You are working there to guide patients not to argue.. a joke...

She performed a cataract removal in one eye for me. She explained everything well and did a thorough job in all respects. The process was successful, and as painless as it could have possibly been. She is very personable and professional, and I recommend her without hesitation.

The women taking reservations is too unkind and unfriendly and says something out of the ordinary. My eyes condition are so bad, so I want to talk to the doctor first but she said no and shout at me, you are nasty....wow. I couldn't understand her behavior and how she treat to the patients like that.

We had our first appointment scheduled at 9:20 AM, as a new patient, we showed up early to fill out paper work and insurance etc. The website and the office voice mail says that they open at 9 AM. However, we were locked out, office was closed, the front office lady shows up around 09:15AM, and the doctor shows up around 09:45 AM. Again, our appointment time was 09:20 AM. we all live in a busy traffic area Northern VA, we left our house early to meet the appointment time, but this is just straight RUDE, not respecting patient's time and just saying, "oH well, i got stuck in a traffic!" excuse. what they are saying is "Don't show up on time or early, rather be late"

I couldn't get past the receptionist. I told her my main concern was blood pressure related tests on my eyes and secondary was clearance for some elective eye surgery. I still don't know if they do the tests for eye pressure as the receptionist would not speak to me about my primary concern and only about the secondary concern and that I would have to pay out of pocket. Heard the doctor is good but I finally had to say I would just call another doctor who can see me about my eye pressure.

we had our first appointment as a new patient today at 9:20 AM, the office did not open at 9 AM according to the website, we went early thinking as a new patient to fill out forms and insurance IDs, etc. However, the front office lady showed up around 9:10 AM, and doctor showed up 9:45 AM saying that she was in a traffic as if that was an excuse for this. We live in Northern VA also, we left our home earlier to meet the appointment time on time. This implies, don't show up early for your appointment, show up late. we cannot believe how this office does not respect patient's time. we won't be coming back.

Been going there for years now. Friendly and very professional. planning to take my kids also.
