Yesterday I went to my family Dr. (Virginia Family Medicine) at Vienna office. Dr. Persaud did a great job with my ear issue . He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great.

Now if you’re like me, busy busy busy working at a office from 8am-5pm - I would advise you to STAY AWAY from this practice like the plague. Dr. Milani has good bedside manners & seems knowledgeable. That’s the only thing I can tell you based on him - however, their office staff is a completely different story. If you need anything from them - whether it’s help with your insurance or pharmacy inquiries, forget about asking the front desk help you out. They have an attitude and habit of turning you away and making it seem like it’s your responsibility to be handling anything and everything ALONE which isn’t great for a person who’s working full-time & a full time student & has a family to take care of. It seems like they have different ‘departments’ that are just there to buy them time. My reasoning of the one star: After almost a month of trying to call them here & there, asking for the status of my medication to no avail - I decided that enough was enough. I had to sit in my car for almost an hour, stating that my medication refill needed a prior authorization & it’s been too long and I’m running out of medications. Reina & Naviene once again, turned me away stating that my pharmacy had ‘never’ sent it to them. Arguing and calling left and right between the pharmacy and the practice & then FINALLY being able to merge the phone call with Naviene on the line & my pharmacy (fifth time calling mind you) - I had them talk to each other, stating that my pharmacy DID in fact send over my pre-auth prescription form numerous times - they were just too lazy to help me with my needs. The pharmacy staff even provided them their practices’ own fax number and time stamps of when they had sent it out. All of the sudden my case gets ‘escalated’ since they didn’t believe me THE FIRST TIME. Their customer service is a joke. They have a sign that says ‘If you think you can do a better job, we’re taking job applications! :)’ & honestly, if this practice seriously is taking applications, find the ones that DO care instead of a staff that’s just there to ‘schedule’ & gives *bare* minimum customer service. - Disappointed & frustrated with this practice. 0 stars if possible.

Be carful about the bills that you will receive after each visit!

EVERYONE OF THESE REVIEWS LOOKS LIKE "KISS UPS". All I need to read was the first one and if the office staff are so "care less", shame on the doctor and the office manager. I dropped my last endocrinologist like a rock because of rude and prejudice nurse. SHAME on her.

I don’t know where to even start the most unprofessional staff all around . I went in on Thursday my appointment was at 4, I was running 10 min late I called the girl on the phone said don’t worry it’s ok , but I insisted for her to put it on the notes (she said ok but she didn’t). I came in and the front desk told the other guy AZADEH 4pm is here , the other guy said : Brahhh you got to be kidding me ) and then all loud said why is she late ?! I snapped and told them to cancel my blood work because this is a whole another level of unprofessional. I saw azadeh she said ok I will refill your prescription. Today is Monday at 5pm , I drove 40 min and I didn’t get my prescription. I call them and the girl said ok which prescription? I tell her and puts me on hold after 10 min it goes to voicemail for the appointment center when I called the front desk ! Really dr milani ? This is how you train your employees? As a bahai I’m so disappointed. As an individual and a client disgusted. My fiancé paid $400 just for blood work which we don’t care but with the level of professionalism you shouldn’t charge more than a $1

Dr. Millani is an amazing doctor. He is very knowledgeable and extremely personable and respectful. He is sincere and try to be accurate in diagnosis before he proceeds with treatment. Dr. Millani’s office staff are super friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Milani is truly one of a kind! I was referred to him by a family friend when my husband and I were dealing with Covid and he virtually saved our lives! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped my husband with a miraculous 3 day recovery by showing attention, care, extreme experience and expertise. He checked in with us everyday to make sure we were doing ok and genuinely cared about our well being. It is so refreshing to see a doctor that truly cares and you can count on to help you with whatever you need. I couldn’t be more grateful to have met Dr. Milani through this experience. My husband and I officially switched over to Dr. Milani as our primary doctor now and couldn’t be happier! I was with an ordinary doctor for years because it was easy and comfortable and i didn’t want to make the time for a change. However, after virtually meeting Dr. Milani and seeing his care and support during a difficult time in our lives, it made me realize I should have made the change much sooner. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with him today because he is the best I’ve seen!

Front desk and manager Alhan , disrespectful told me it was my fault I was 10 min late when I called ahead of time 30 min before my appointment and they told me it's ok . Literally she told me it was your fault and the disrespectful you received it was because it was end of the day and people were tired ? Are you serious???? This is your excuse.
