Dr. Lawhorn's office staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. Dr. Lawhorn was absolutely amazing. He assessed the problem, provided a solution for the time being, made his suggestions and truly was a tremendous help. His beside manner is really phenomenal, informative and very soothing. It was overall a great experience in spite of the reason for me having to go to the doctor. I would recommend Dr. Lawhorn to anyone at anytime. Thank you so very much again!

The consultation appointment I had was very short and most of the answers given to me were “I’m not sure” & “I can’t explain that”. The doctor was dismissive when I explained my symptoms and the pain I have been experiencing for over a year. Overall, this appointment was not helpful. But the office was very clean and the rest of the staff were great.

Orthovirgina and Dr. Lawhorn are great to work with. I have been seeing the doctors for years regarding my knee. After 8 yrs of wearing a brace and my pain was becoming an obstacle to my fitness goals to the full-replacement surgery which was my only option given how deteriorated my knee had become. The surgery went smoothly and so to the recovery. I am a year in now, I am back to normal now and able to do most things I enjoyed before my knee became a real problem. The I am so pleased with the results, getting my life back and is nice after living with a knee that gradually slowed me to a crawl over 17 years. Orthovirgina and Dr. Lawhorn have been a great team to have and help guide me through the treatment and recovery phases so I can go back to living once more. I’m busy now with my active life once more and able to keep up with my kids and their activities and that what any one want out of life.

Dr Lawhorn listened carefully to what I had to say and addressed all my concerns, explained everything in a manner I was able to understand. I am very hopeful I will finally get this shoulder pain that I have been having for a year taken care of.

Quick, efficient, and the doc had great bedside manner, was easily able to diagnose the issue accurately, and at point did I feel I wasn’t being heard or that he was talking over my head. Excellent service and the in-house diagnostics was a big plus. Top notch.
