Kenneth J Kim Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

I really like Dr. Kim for my grandson, Antonio, but I have never had a doctor's office that doesn't check up on annual health check-ups or doesn't know what's going on when I call to schedule a visit. The questions are always why does he need to come in? The fact that he hasn't seen his doctor in over a year could be the reason!! The receptionists don't have a clue ever to what's going on. A doctor should care about patients well being enough to follow up at least. This office does not do that ever, which is a concern to me.

I dont ever write reviews, but Dr. Kim sees all 6 of my children. He is sweet, calm, caring, patient, an excellent listener and overall a fantastic physician. Even though I have 6 kids he still goes over the expected devopmental milestones, vaccine information, etc for all of them each time I come in. He doesn't assume that I already know what to do or look for. On top of that he always calls back whenever I leave a message after hours and gives advice each time instead of making me come in for a sick visit before he answers any questions. He and his staff always fill our school forms or whatever is needed the same day I call and they do it for free. There is no extra charge for filling out forms like I've seen in other practices. With my work schedule I haven't been able to bring my children in for sick visits much and I know he is busy because he is fantastic and everyone wants to see him. So if really need to I just take my children to urgent care after work. Not a big deal. I wouldn't trade him or his office staff for anyone else.

The doctor and all the hospital staff were very kind. I especially appreciated how carefully the doctor examined my baby, which made me feel reassured and grateful. I have already recommended this place to many people around me.

We've been with Dr. Kim and his team for 4 years since my girl was born. Very clean office, genuinely nice and professional to us. Also they are responsive to any situation. I do believe they do the same to other patients.

We couldn’t have asked for a better pediatrician for our baby! From day one, Dr. Kim has been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Dr. Kim always takes the time to listen, answer our questions thoroughly, and provide thoughtful guidance that has helped us feel confident as new parents. The entire staff is warm, professional, and supportive, making each visit smooth and stress-free. We always felt like we were in the best hands. We are so grateful for the exceptional care we received. Highly recommend!

지금 아이가 3살반이구요. 태어나자마자 3~4개월까지는 여기 다녓습니다. 태어나자마자 포경수술한후에 표피가 귀두 가장자리에 붙어있는걸 3개월동안 보고도 아무말도 안해주고 3개월부터 태열이 심해서 혹시 아토피가 아닌지 묻는거에 아니니까 바세린 발라주라는 말밖에 안해주더라구요. 묻는거에 디테일하게 대답도 잘 안해주고 이상하다 싶어서 다른 소아과로 옮기니까 거기선 귀두 주변에 표피가 붙어서 이미 굳어져 버렸으니 바세린 듬뿍 발라서 매일매일 살살 떼어주라고 아일 보자마자 그 소리부터 하고 아토피성 피부니까 최소 아침 저녁으로 2번이상 로션에 바세린에 듬뿍듬뿍 발라줘야한다고 하더라구요. 지금 3살 반인데 아토피 때문에 밤마다 피가 터지도록 긁느라고 통잠을 잔적이 거의 없습니다. 여기서 초반에 좀 대처를 잘했다면 달라지지는 않았을까 아직도 화가 치밀어 오르네요. 별 하나도 아깝네요.

They don't have time for physical checkups. I called them on July 23d and they said for checkups we have dates only for last week of August. When the school is going to start on August 21.
