List of Kerry R Lewis's Reviews
It pains me to give a bad review because I’ve known the dr. Lewis for a very long time. His front office staff and nurses are not what they used to be, not personable at all. The office had changed a lot in recent years, I’d say ever since the doctor partnered with someone else. I recently ran out of prescription, just prior to my office visit, but the only way to get a refill was to schedule a televising and of course pay for it. I had my off or visit two days ago and I’m still waiting for my new prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. I called the office to remind them but no one answers the phone. This is outrageous and sad at the same time.
I've been seeing Dr Lewis for over 20 years and since he's joined practices with another physician, the staff has become rude, condescending, incompetent and confrontational - they make frequent mistakes over and over again to the point where I can't trust this practice anymore. It's not the doctor, it's his nasty, nasty staff - especially the older Indian sounding woman who is the worst, nastiest, most incompetent person to ever pick up a phone....after over 20 years, it's gotten to be too much too tolerate anymore- I'm done and will be transferring my records shortly.
Dr. Lewis has been my provider for over 10 years. He has always been attentive and receptive to my questions and concerns. He is accommodating and kind. Thank you Dr. Lewis for your care!
Dr. Kerry Lewis is an experienced doctor who attends his/her patients from the core of his heart. In addition his recomendations for the other specialised medical modules is also above all. I wish to thank the doctor, front greeter and inside med professionals I wish to thank the
Genuinely the worst staff on this planet. There have been numerous issues but here's the most recent: Instead of providing my mother with results or rather, connecting her with the doctor who needs to review her results and determine whether or not she needs to get a particular route of care, they instead being lecturing her. I believe she was also referred to as a "dog" at some point. Now we have to find a different doctor, get labs run again and then get the care....cheers to wasting months of time. I'll also add that their billing dept regularly makes mistakes when billing your insurance so you get bills in the hundreds of dollars and then have to consequently call and figure out where they went wrong. I'm also a patient here and I've spent a good couple of hours trying to figure out why my insurance has rejected their claims.
Dr Lewis needs to lose his medical license. If you love your loved ones and genuinely care about their well being and their life do not depend on him as a doctor. My dad had been a LONG TIME patient of dr Lewis and sadly my dad trusted what he said. My dad just recently passed away and at a very young age because of this doctors negligence and just pushing his concerns/issues aside "oh we will just watch it" "oh it's nothing you just been on your feet to long" these were all red flags all along and had the dr gone the extra mile to do the right thing doctors are supposed to do AND Had my dad had proper dx from years ago along with proper care he would most likely still be with us today.... and hold his new granddaughter. My heart is broken and I cannot even begin to formulate words of how My life has been turned upside down. Please go see someone else and avoid this doctor at ALL costs.
Very difficult getting prescriptions filled. No follow through. Communication lacking.
I've seen Dr. Lewis twice. The first time I was seeing him as my new GP, he visited with me for a grand total of 10 minutes, during which he just read back to me the information I gave him. The next time, he met with me for 7 minutes online after over an hour wait with no information. I was meant to get an email with the details that I never received, and had to call the office, which returned a busy signal, for several minutes straight in order to request the information. I was given no notice as to how long he would be or that he was aware I was waiting, and when I told him as such, he told me he was very busy and ended our meeting abruptly. He is incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful, and impolite. I wish there were a better way for me to express my discontent at this jerk.
This doctor has been our doctor for 10+ years. Now he will no longer be ours because of they way he treats his patients and the lack of care and professionalism. He was a great doctor before until he partnered up with another doctor. That’s when things went downhill. I would not recommend anyone to go there anymore. Almost as if he does not even care taking care of his own patients. Just cares about the money he gets. Our personal experience With this doctor is that he was supposed to send out the refferal so we don’t have to pay for the crazy amount of money (This is not the first time this has happened). Then now our medical bill is extremely high because of that and it’s him and his staff’s fault. But guess who is taking the consequences? Us. So if anyone is looking for a pcp or a doctor in general. STAY AWAY from this doctor’s office.
I have been going to Dr. Lewis for years. He has helped me through the viral flu, a bad rash on my face which turned out to be poison oak and my ADHD. He takes his time, bedside manner is wonderful. I have worked in the medical field for over 12 years. Dr.lewis in my mind is one of the best!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
