I did not really lose much weight; if I remember correctly, it was about a couple pounds, less than 10, within the span of a couple months. Honestly, I would not recommend.

Great experience overall. I was able to lose 30 lbs in just 4 months, and the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the process. Every penny was worth the treatment I received. Highly recommend!

So, I truly dislike giving negative reviews when so many others seem to really love a place, but I wanted to provide my honest experience. I went to LivLight for a free in-person consultation, had the body scan done and sat down to briefly discuss exactly what they offer. From the moment I walked through the door, it was clear they were not interested in me as a potential client. I am not clinically overweight, however I had gained a significant amount of weight in recent months that just wasn't shifting. I told the woman who provided the consultation (sorry don't recall her name, but a tall slender woman of color), that I was uncomfortable in my body and wanted to work towards being my ideal self, especially as I have an upcoming major life event. She kept dismissing my concerns about my health and body and told me straight out that their physicians on staff would not see me period. Then she mentioned their B12 shots, the bars and snacks they sell. I had to pry every bit of information out of her about the place, "do you offer weekly/monthly plans? what do they entail?" etc. She was rushing through the consultation to the point I felt uncomfortable taking up her time. Then I asked for a brochure with pricing to review at home, and she said she would provide that via email. No email ever came, no phone calls, never heard from them again. I suppose they don't want my money?? I am not sure if it was a personality conflict or an issue with my body type, but my experience here was very awkward and unwelcoming. Thankfully I was able to find an understanding, professional, much more modern service elsewhere and have since lost 22 lbs and counting.

The people at this facility are professional, knowledgeable, caring and overall great people to work with! I always have many questions and they will give me the answers honestly. They work with your schedule, and support your overall wellbeing. Such a refreshing change to be cared for and compared to other practices that just treat you as a number!

Good experience! They helped me with my goals and made sure I was heard and understood. Will continue to go back for the B12 shots and possibly some coaching because I am happy with how they have helped thus far.

This place is amazing. Susan and her team have a lot of experience. I am very excited with my results and the fact that I am in good hands. I am on the GLP-1 micro which is amazing and price is accesible.
