Worst services ever. They say they will call you and they never call to even see if the can schedule an appointment. I would not recommend even considering them as an option

She was rushed, unprofessional and impersonal when notifying me of a miscarriage while giggling. The day before she told me I was pregnant and due date . I voiced my concerns with spotting and previous miscarriage that ended with emergency D&C due to elevated temperature. She rushed me out stating 50% of women who spot miscarry . great bedside manor. Very thorough, and I didn't feel rushed!

I have been with Dr. C's practice for 14 years. They have delivered all of my children - Dr. C delivered two of them. Here is the thing: the Tepeyac docs are straightforward and practical. Dr. C is probably the most practical of them all; if you are not expecting this or have never met her before, it can be off-putting. Honestly, though, I have never felt safer or more cared for than when I have given birth under her care. She is knowledgeable and gentle, and the stretching the previous reviewer describes is actually a technique used to reduce or eliminate tearing. Go and see her and the other docs for yourself. Don't trust anonymous online reviews.

On call dr. At hospitol for a unplanned hospitol birth, treated me like a hunk of meat. The babys head was already showing and I was unmedicated. Stiched me up like Frankenstein monster and ive had to have the stiching cut out since. She was warrned that im a rape survivor and unmedicated, however she forced a her fingers into me on either side of the babys head as I begged her to stop. There was no medical need for this. Most painful thing in my whole life. Then she missed numbing me before stiching, I cried that I could feel it all and she said it was in my head. Turns out she shot into my leg and it was immobilized. Complete incompetence and evil. I wish karma on her. I am in birth trauma counseling from this woman's creuality and incompetance.

Dr. Cvetkovich and a couple of the other doctors at Tepeyac Medical have little to NO professionalism and bedside manner during visits! I felt more of an annoyance and a burden than a patient, a PERSON they are medically "caring" for. I felt rushed and pushed. Not one of my questions were answered. It's all about the tests, and the next appointments they want you to make. I left that office with so much uncertainty and to be quite honest, fear that this was the office that would be taking care of me for the next 9 months of my pregnancy?! No thank you! Good thing I found this out in the early stages of my pregnancy and already switched to credible practice.

Awful experience! She rushed through my appointment and treated me as if my visit was of unimportance and beneath her. This was my FIRST prenatal visit for pregnancy. Dissappointing bedside manner and compassion. I am glad I found this out now so I can switch to a more credible practice with better care for their patients.

Dr. Lorna is a very caring & concerned doctor. She spends a lot of time w/ you & asks all the important questions, then she really listens to your responses. She is very knowledgable about hormones & menopause which helped me tremendously. You will be in very good hands if you see Dr. Lorna!

When I called to make an appointment, I only had to wait 2 weeks to get in to see a doctor. Dr. Cvetkovich is more clinical than some other doctors I've seen, and for my condition, her skill set was the right fit. The office seems well-run.
