Wanted to call and make an appointment as a new patient. Called multiple times in a span of a week at different times and left a voicemail. No call back? If this is how hard it is to get an appointment, mind you as a PPO insurance patient, I can’t imagine how the quality of care could be any better. Really upset since I had a good referral from my PCP to come here.
Previous experience with Doc was good yrs ago. This time with different child I never even could get in!! The office staff cancelled the appt because the paperwork wasnt filled in 24 hrs before the appt although the email said it could be done at my convenience or come earlyto the appointment to complete paperwork. When they cancelled it there was no notice, it was done via email. When I called they said the doc needed 24 hours to review the 4 pages of family history (which we know is never done) and when I tried to have the appt put back on the books because the paperwork WAS filled out, they would not. So not my son who needed the appointment as prep work for surgery WILL NOT have the help he needs. But they didnt care.Find a more cooperative office.
poor customer service!!! Email for new patient provides forms to fill out at your earliest convenience. I filled them out but because they were not filled out until the evening before the appointment, they cancelled my appt for the next day. So Now I am scheduled a MONTH out!
6/15/22 The office staff are horrible, need more education on insurance, refused to give me an appointment because they assumed my supplemental insurance which is Anthem B/C B/S advantage 65 that I purchased privately, is Medicaid. I explained Medicare is my primary and gave them the number, but was refused an appointment. Need education on insurance.
Excelente Doctor!!
I called several time and no one answers. I was called to leave a message and I will be called back. when someone answered they told that they will call me back and they did not. move on to the next phone number on google.
I'm not sure what's going on but no one answers the phone. Emails and voicemail left, no return email or call. Called many times throughout the span of 2 weeks.
Dr. Gradzka is a fantastic doctor. I was taken aback initially as she is very blunt, but on my second visit it turned around and she has become my best advocate. She explores various possibilities that are personalized for you. I have read the other comments and we all seem in agreement that her office staff leave a lot to be desired. They canceled an appointment 15 minutes prior to my time because I hadn't paid a bill. I was at work and don't carry my FLEX card with me. I had no idea I had one! It took me three months to get a bill from them in spite of asking several times. Communication with the office is non-existent. I've not found them to be rude - well, maybe one was - just not professional in running an office. It's quite frustrating.
No one picks up or returns calls
Appointments were never on time. I would always have to call in to get test results. Trying to get my prescriptions filled was a nightmare. Usually the office staff were nice though.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
