Rude and inexperienced front office staff. Why would you argue with a customer about if they need a referral or not? When they clearly told you that their insurance said they do not need a referral. Listen to the patient instead of arguing. How rude and unprofessional.

Very plesent first visit. I have been to 3 other Gastro Dr's over the past 14 years and Dr. Garone is the first one to question in depth about my symptoms, issues and preivous care. He is very professional and seems to care about finding the cause and a solution for managing the issue and getting you well. All of the office staff that I encountered were very friendly, polite and respectful.

Dr Greene has been my primary care physician for more than 20 years. He is an excellent communicator and listener and clinician. The Best!

I saw Dr. Greene in 2020 with some unusual lab numbers and a slightly high creatine. He was unconcerned even though I had protein in my urine. Turns out I was in imminent kidney failure. Had he followed up I might have been better informed and prolonged the need for transplant or dialysis. Totally ineffective doctor, the casual attitude to test results does not work for everyone and waiting is not always advisable. Don't trust his opinion.

Dr. Michael Garone and the staff are professional, attentive, listened, and responded delicately. Dr. Garone did not use terminology to assure I understood. He provided a plan of action on the next steps and followed up. A very efficient practice with warm and helpful staff. Dr. Garone and the staff are personable, great listeners, and empathetic!

Concern only for money. I went for an appointment with Dr. Garone and tried to tell him my issues. He only says one word. Colonoscopy!, Colonoscopy!, Colonoscopy!. No concern for treatment of current issues.

My wife and I were patients of Dr Greene's for over 10 years. Over a 2 year period I had microscopic blood in my urine that Dr Greene said he would follow, but never did anything about. After the 3rd year of this I switched doctors only to find out I had Bladder Cancer. If it had been caught earlier I would still have my Bladder. Dr Greene did not do the proper follow up, including referring me to a Urologist who was able to diagnosis my cancer with a quick scoping of my bladder. If Dr Greene had referred me immediately, at least within the second year, I would still have a Bladder. The care I received from Dr Greene was poor at best. If it had been better I would still have my bladder.
