The staff have always been pleasant. I have not had to wait for my appointment to begin. Dr. Garone and his PA are very knowledgeable. I trust Dr. Garone for my care and for the care of any members of my family.

Concern only for money. I went for an appointment with Dr. Garone and tried to tell him my issues. He only says one word. Colonoscopy!, Colonoscopy!, Colonoscopy!. No concern for treatment of current issues.

Dr Garone was fine. However, the organization he is affiliated with is horrible. My husband has been waiting for a call back for over two weeks! He has left several messages. A test they ordered has never arrived. His request for an appointment has been ignored. Never use this practice. You cannot reach anyone...ever. He even pushed the "If you are a physician" button...he was on hold for an hour and then hung up!

I just completed my colonoscopy procedure with Dr. Garone today and I wanted to take the opportunity to commend Dr. Garone and his entire staff for their very professional, courteous, and personal attention they provided me during the entire process. From the initial video chat with Dana Fayyad to the follow up discussion with Shannon Adkins clearly outlining the instructions and next steps regarding my procedure, the entire pre-procedure process was flawless. And the procedure itself could not have gone more smoothly. Every nurse and staff member whom I met at Fair Oaks hospital went out of their way to explain every step in the process to me and to make sure that I was comfortable at all times. And Dr. Garone was awesome. He was very personable and clearly and thoroughly reviewed my results with me after the procedure. For a procedure that I was dreading for several weeks, I could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Dr. Garone and your entire team for a job very well done. Pete Rechter

This is a sleazy doctor running, a business, an assembly line or something-anything-but a healthcare facility. Here they care more about money and scheduling the maximum number of patient in this 22 room assembly line than actual patient care. They are also keen in tricking patients into signing forms for private research company. Dr. Garone came to the room for less than 10 minutes. He was busy during the encounter dictating to a kid with a tablet all the ICD codes for insurance billing as he was speaking to me. ICDs are defined codes for each diagnosis, the more a doctor enters, the more they can claim in insurance). the doctor palpates my tummy and determines that I need an upper GIT laparoscopy (a diagnostic procedure) -from there all the communications were with rude ignorant staff who are trained to make you aware of prices, costs , money-all the conversations. nothing about your care-you are not a human-This is truly sad-and common in this country :( changed doctor.

Vomiting since procedure 3/2019. B4 Dr. Garrone put me under was told I was being given something to up my blood pressure; I said “stop; what is it I’m allergic to lots” I was interrupted and told “it’s ok u also r being given something to sleep and it will be taken effect immediately “ I then tried to say something.... then I woke up from procedure; blood pressure problems; kept for 2.5 hrs being shot w stuff. Now it’s 5/2019. Still vomiting. Haven’t had any problems till Dr. Garrone performed procedure. Hard to talk to him and his Staff. Was told from my PCP to report Dr. Garrone to the Board of Medicine.

Dr. Garone is the best! 100% professional and knowledgeable. He is the only doctor who gave me relief. Highly recommend.
