I love the MD I see. He takes my dx seriously and I feel like I'm finally gaining ground on my dx and bodily pains. I'm 31, I've been experiencing chronic pain since my teenage year and legitimately, this is the first MD who wants to treat the root of my cause instead of just throwing opioids at me and/or not genuinely believe how much pain I recently learned the bone spurs have been causing in my neck. They're a busy office but since we live in NOVA, this is honestly expected.
Office experience. The people at the front desk are extremely rude and have no consideration for their patients. Especially the office manager. They do not call you back when you leave 3 messages for the manager. They schedule you for an appointment then they never call you to let you know that the doctor won't be available on that date to reschedule. They told me that they called me on both my phone numbers and left me a message. This was a lie. I never received any message at all on my house phone or my cell phone. She was extremely rude and nasty. The doctor is great ! If it wasn't for the doctor I would never go back there. You don't treat your patients like this especially when they are in pain. I asked to get pain medication and she told me I couldn't get any. I've gotten medication from them before, but she refused . A physician's office should treat their patients better and not lie to them, refuse medication or just be really nasty. I don't appreciate being lied to or talked to in a condescending way. I deal with INOVA and they are great . These people don't come close to their standards. Besides this , when I booked my appointment 3 months ago she told me what the earliest date I could come in for Medicare to pay for it. Now she booked me earlier than that date. These staff people make things up at their convenience . Meanwhile, I'm in pain and can hardly walk without pain. How can a medical practice get away with treating their patients so badly.?
This place is ridiculous. Every time you call you get the answering machine. No one picks up the phone there. Use the patient portal to leave a message and no one calls you back. Shut up the other day for an appointment, front desk check me in. After waiting about 15 minutes, nurse came out to get me. She took my information and left me in the room. About 20 minutes later someone just barged into the room without knocking didn't even know I was in there. Dr came in and told me no one checked me in. How did I get locked door if the nurse didn't let me in? Repeatedly mentioned I had these procedures before and they never worked, but I was assured they would. Didn't work. I'm in more pain than I was before. Told me Dr I previously saw didn't know what they were doing. Obviously, this place doesn't either. They make you come in for appointments every month just to bill you instead of just giving you a prescription. This place sucks.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
