Naveen Doki's Online Review Report Card

None yet. My wife, Ellen Griffee sees Dr Doki regularly. But today, Tuesday, November 8, 2022, no one was there and was closed!!!!???? Dr Naveen Doki is the best doctor we have had the opportunity to support health care needs.

Dr. doki has been extremely helpful. I can tell that he legitimately cares and wants to help me. He gets busy, there is often a wait,; however, once you are in his office, he gives you as much time as you need. He’s been open minded to try out novel therapies and I’ve brought and discussed new research with him. The staff is nice, never had a bad experience. It would be great if they modernized the operations like scheduling and billing. I would recommend him to others.

The 3 stars are only for Dr.Doki himself and he is great but the 2 stars being deducted are for front staff including a gentleman in the front who is quite rude. I cancelled an appointment due to not feeling well and he proceeded to yell at me and tell me ‘now you tell us when it is 30 mins before your appointment.’ I told him it could be covid related that is why I am cancelling…they have clear signs that state if not feeling well, please stay at home… I have spent so much money at this office in copays and doctors fees that someone should not be yelling at me after I paid so much money at their establishment and I have been a patient for a while. I am extremely disappointed because Dr. Doki is in fact a wonderful doctor and my experience with him has always been great! But the front desk guy needs an attitude change and will drive patients away. There is no shortage of other hematologists in this area whose admin staff will treat you better. Especially since most these treatments are out of pocket.. I am very disappointed.

Dr. Doki misdiagnosed my husband. He also wrote a PET scan order in a way that rendered it unusable. I contacted his office to request a corrected PET scan. Ten months have passed--no response. I guess it was okay with him if my husband died while waiting for a PET scan that could not be performed. Obviously, we moved on to a different oncologist.

Dr. Doki misdiagnosed my husband. He made such a gross mistake when ordering a PET scan that the PET center could not use it. His office never returned my phone call and text to request a corrected PET order. My husband would be dead if we had not quickly found another oncology practice. Dr. Doki 's appearance of knowing what he is talking about is a false front covering his incompetence.

Dr. Doki misdiagnosed my husband. He also botched the order for a PET scan. He filled out the referral order in such a way the PET scan facility could not use it. I contacted Dr. Doki's office right away to get a corrected order. I had to leave a message because they were not answering their phones. I also texted because they recommended that mode of communication. Ten months have passed, and ...

Dr. Doki misdiagnosed my husband. He also worded a PET scan order so incorrectly that the PET scan could not be scheduled. When I contacted Dr. Doki's office to alert them to the PET scan order problem, they NEVER called me back. We had to find another doctor.

Dr, Doki's staff does not answer the phone. They are supposed to return phone calls and texts, but this system sometimes fails. Dr. Doki made several mistakes that never got resolved because no one ever responded to my last phone call and text. We moved on to a competently run oncology practice.

I highly recommend Dr Doki for any hematological medical problems. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on all labs and treatments in his specialty. He is very kind and his bedside manner is awesome....I look forward to seeing him at my visits just to learn from him.
