Terrible She has Misdiagnosed me for more than a year. Put me on all types of medication month after month for pain that did nothing. Too busy typing all your info to have a conversation. Always in a rush to get off the tele visit. She associated my diverticulosis with IBS pain when after all is said it was a kidney stone (she knew this) causing the pain. When the stone was removed, pain was gone. had nothing to do with diverticulosis. When I called to make a follow up appointment to let her know this,she was gone from NWestern. With no notification to me as her patient Bedside manner is cold. She basically made me suffer in pain for a year and a 1/2.

I scheduled an in-person visit with Dr. Nigam and the first available date was three months out. I accepted, since my issues weren't life-threatening. Less than 48 hrs. before my appt. it was changed to a telehealth call, which doesn't work for my issue. I called and told them I was scheduled for an in person appt. and they could care less and offered no apologies for changing it two days before the appointment. The next available in-person appt available is 4 months from now.
