I had my first appointment with her and was totally satisfied with the ease of scheduling the appointment, the professionalism of her staff and consultation with Dr. Serrano. She takes her time to explain everything and certainly put my mind at ease after speaking with her and the exam. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a doctor who doesn’t rush you and genuinely cares about her patients.

I have been going to this office for almost a year. I went in as an emergency & referred by another dr & seen the same day. The staff has been nothing other than professional & pleasant. I have been bringing my 92 year old mom to dr Serrano for about 2 years. We have had ONLY exemplary and loving care- personable, patient, and professional all the way through. The office support staff has been kind and considerate- accommodating my mom’s hearing and mobility issues. They have been supportive through her monthly MD shots and a serious eye infection.
