I had microdiscectomy done with Dr. Vyas, and overall from start to finish it was one of the worst experiences I've had. And I'll explain why. No, its not because it was botched up surgery. I could be in that 1% unfortunate category of unsuccessful cases. Actually, before I move on, I should mention - I am 6ft, 170 pound, under 50 yrs age, perfectly fine active sports person. Dr. Vyas. performed very delicate brain surgery on my brain stem back in March 2021. He was very helpful in determining the type of brain cancer I have and was able to diagnose the brain tumor type I have. I would trust him to perform the operation again if needed. He is that good. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of surgery. He is very professional as well as the staff at Inova.

Dr. Vyas and his team helped me through a trying time. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and in surgery within 3 days. He was confident in his ability which allowed me to gather the strength and perseverance to make it through. My family and I are forever thankful.

Dr. Vyas performed my brain shunt surgery and really put me at ease about the surgery and also after and for follow-ups. He is very quick to respond and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend him - and his nurse practitioner, Stacia.

Nilesh is, by far, the best general practitioner I have ever had. My husband and I loved how friendly, yet straightforward he was. He took a lot of time to talk to us in order to have all the details he needed to give a proper assessment. Most importantly, he was empathetic, a quality I find is rare in doctors. He used examples of his family to connect with me on a personal level. Additionally, he treats us with humanity, and would go above and beyond to get us what we needed- even when it was another doctor’s responsibility. Under Nilesh’s care, you are more than just a paycheck. Would recommend- 20/10!

He is very good in his profession and truthful.I had with my mother in the hospital.Every doctor and evry staff wanted to kick us out from the hospital by telling wrong statements.Only Dr. Vyad told me the truth.Everyone else was with the hospital and insurance.What they said to them, they repeated that infront of me.Which was wrong.He is honest with his profession.

Dr. Vyas thoroughly went over all of my tests and films explaining everything, spent as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions, and even met a second time with me and my husband. He not only is professional but also patient and reassuring. He clearly is highly competent and I feel completely confident not only in reccomending him to others, but in putting myself in his hands for neurosurgery.

I made a huge mistake by allowing Vyas to operate on me , my condition is worse than before the operation . I will never recommend this man to anyone
