Friendly office staff. Dr. Segall is a very caring provider. I never feel rushed. He has such a calm demeanor and very understanding. He takes his time and listens.

I and other family members have been working with Dr.Segall for several years, and we find him to be an excellent practitioner with whom we have developed a warm professional rapport. I appreciate his practical and honest approach of the limitations of medication management, describing it as one valuable tool to assist an individual rather than as an overall solution. As established patients, the convenience of secure website telemed appointments for us cannot be overstated. It has saved several hours of schedule disruption, lost work, and commute time for each of us annually. He is also quick to respond to emails. The only issue we have encountered is inconsistent success in using PayPal for online payments, which has been resolved with a call to office billing on the occasions we receive an additional bill after this happens, and has nothing to do with Dr. Segall. This does not detract from the overall exceptionally positive experience our family has had with this practice for over a decade. I highly recommend Dr. Segall.
