Fantastic team at Nova Wellness Center. Practitioner Nora is an exceptional practitioner who truly listens, and Dietitian Yeevon provided a customized plan that has made a noticeable difference in my wife health. A special mention to Nighat, whose efficiency and welcoming attitude made the whole visit seamless. Highly recommended

I am incredibly frustrated with this facility. I visited a year ago, and at the time of my appointment, I paid my required insurance copay. The staff explicitly confirmed that my insurance was accepted and that everything was covered. Now, an entire year later, I suddenly receive a bill claiming that my insurance didn't cover the visit. It is completely unacceptable to surprise patients with bills a year after the fact--especially when your staff confirms coverage at checkout. This feels incredibly disorganized at best and predatory at worst. Save yourself the financial headache and go somewhere that actually has their billing department figured out. I will not be returning.

I had booked an appointment with these guys. But I found another place that really checks all of my boxes. They have what's called a VIP program. -Nutrition/Weight loss -GPL-1s + the good stuff (if you're into peptides you know what I'm talking about) - Nutritionist also has background in functional movement for my lower back issues. I haven't started yet so I don't know how good it will actually be. So now I am trying to cancel my appointment. It is very difficult to get these people on the phone. No one ever answers and they don't call back when you get a message. They are very nice when you do get hold of them especially Jam. But I would not deal with a practice that cares so little about it's clients and patients it can't be bothered to pick up the phone.

Josephine and the whole staff were very helpful friendly, and professional. They took time to explain what I needed to do to be successful on this weight loss journey. They made me feel comfortable and motivated me to do better. I highly recommend this Nova Physician Wellness Center to all my friends and they all need it.

I want to take the opportunity to recognize the extraordinary care and guidance I have received from Dr. Suri, Melissa and all the other team members at this wellness center. First, they are all really nice people. In this day and age, to engage a group like this, who are genuine, is a rare find. Second, from the moment I walked in the door, I felt very comfortable and believed that this was a place where I could get help. I am a person who has always struggled with weight. Not a huge amount, but definitely have a disproportionate amount of "mid-section" weight. I set a goal to lose 50 lbs in my 50th year. Since starting with the visits and following Dr. Suri's and Melissa's direction (about two months ago), I have lost 28 lbs. I also know that since I put more effort into it (EXERCISE), my results are better than originally expected (by me). This team of folks has been encouraging me the entire way. I now have set a goal of reaching the same weight I was in High School, which adds about ten more lbs. to lose. This team will help me get there!

It was a great overall experience. Had a great appointment with Josephine, Nurse practitioner and Carolyn the dietician. They both took their time with me and answered all. If my questions very thoroughly! Love this practice
