List of Oksana Lazareva's Reviews
My son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 8 yrs old and Dr. Lazareva has been our endocrinologist for the past 8 years. She is a calm soul who fits perfect with my son who has anxiety. She always answers questions, we never feel rushed, and she always keeps us up to date on new developments in treating type 1. I hope she stays put so we don’t have to ever switch doctors.
Truly a blessed - experience. Years ago my son had a simple nose bleed we accidently ended up in the ER because my husband thought he was vomiting blood. At the ER they did blood work and found significantly low calcium levels -- he was asymptomatic. Further testing showed some irregularities in his heart rhythm. Everyone was confused this was a healthy 12 year old -with no other issues or complaint even the nose bleed was easily resolved. Dr. Lazareza happened to be the endocrinologist on call when the consult was requested. She had seen one other case in her residency with similar asymptomatic young adult male. She was able to diagnose a rare genetic disease called pseudohypoparathyroid type b1. She has been wonderful in monitoring and treating this for the past 7-8 years. We will be forever grateful - because no one else had a clue!
Unable to comment on follow up as this was my first appointment. Dr. Lazareva was caring and thorough in her examination. Would recommend her to others.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
