List of Patty Lee's Reviews
From the day I meet Dr Lee to less than 2 months later I had a cancerous tumor removed from my throat. She caught it early because my symptoms were minimal. She was caring and compassionate and I trusted her I didn’t need chemo and after surgery went to radiation. My prospects are good She is one of my main guardian angels. I’ve had 4 cancers and I put my life in her hands for my 4th cancer. I trust her 109% and I feel that she cares.
George Washington University Hospital ended up treating my father for a CP Bar which was causing him to choke every time he would eat or drink. The procedure took 20 minutes. He is feeling much better now. And his ability to eat and drink has improved dramatically. We first went to Dr. Patty Lee but she dismissed us saying that the choking was caused by my father's dementia. No swallow test was offered to even see what was causing my father to choke. Thank you George Washington University Hospital and Dr. Joshi for saving his life.
If Dr. Patty Lee dismisses you, please seek out another opinion, it could save your life. My father went to see Dr. Lee due to severe choke whenever he would eat or drink. She informed us that it was due to his dementia. We then went to George Washington University Hospital, Dr. Joshi, and they discovered a very large CP Bar in his throat with took a 20 minute procedure to help correct and alleviate ...
Given very little time and pretty bad bed-side manner.
They made a nurse see me I went because I have water in my ear she sent me to have cat scan Because she thought I had a limp whe she never mentioned to me After that I called left messages they never call back I don’t know about dr lee never saw her but I will not let a nurse see me again
Please do not see Dr. Lee. I saw Dr. Lee for what was a suspected case of Eagle's Syndrome due to calcified and elongated styloid ligaments; I was referred by my internist. Dr. Lee looked at my CT scan, which I had looked at myself, and said point blank that I didn't have it. I called my internist in tears because I thought I was crazy. My internist called the radiologist who told her that my styloids were the longest he had ever seen. I found a doctor a University of Pennsylvania who immediately diagnosed me with the condition (neck pain and heart palpitations when lying flat) and performed surgery a month later. Dr. Lee was uncaring and didn't appreciate my coming in with a potential diagnosis before hand. She was rude and, in the end, dangerous. I'm glad I didn't listen to her and found a qualified ENT.
I was referred to Dr. Lee by my internist for what was a suspected case of Eagle's Syndrome based on my symptoms (neck pain on rotation; and sporadic heart palpitations) an abnormal CT that showed calcified and elongated styloid ligaments. I had done my own research into this condition and had seen several CT scans that looked just like mine. It is a rare condition but very real. Dr. Lee looked at my CT scan and said point blank that I didn't have Eagle's Syndrome. She was abrupt , dismissive and upset that I done my own research. I called my internist in tears because I thought I was crazy. My internist called the radiologist who told her that my styloids were the longest he had EVER seen...EVER. I found a doctor a University of Pennsylvania who immediately diagnosed me and performed surgery a month later. I hate to say this about a female physician, but Dr. Lee's ego makes her dangerous. Find a different doctor.
Excellent! Great surgeon! Removed a cancerous tumor from my throat in 2020 and all’s good.
Wrong Diagnosis - Dr. Patty Lee diagnosed a very rare illness that I got. This was a second time she made wrong diagnosis - the first time happened many years ago, she asked me a neck surgery seriously then I refused. Few days later, the symptom on my neck was gone - no issue at all until today. Then the recent day on Mar 15, again, she made another in-correct my symptom, I got an infection on my throat, but she gave me a strong and dangerous sleepy pill prescription which may cause addicted if I keep using this bad medicine! I would like to share my experiences about this doctor as of twice times making me in dangerous situation.
DR. PATTY LEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! They did NOT get back to my mom with her results. She had an important test done and she needed the results. She has been calling since 11am this morning and the line is busy as of 3pm. Very bad customer service. NOT TO MENTION SHE IS A NEW PATIENT. So if you dont care about getting follows up, test results or them calling you back in a timely manner this for you. SHE WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
