Dr. Paulina is a good and caring doctor. No question about that. However, her staff don't keep their words. When they say they will call you back or a nurse will call you back you will no get a call back. I was told I will get a call from a nurse via a message no one called. Recently, I was told to have my phone by my side because I would get a call and no one called. From my experience, they don't go an extra mile to work with their patient's needs. I have also encountered a very rude receptionist who talks over you and cuts you off. Even after she asks you a question and you are trying to answer her. I am sure they know who I am talking about. If they are too busy for you, it is time to go to a different practice and see your options. Dr. Paulina is a good and caring doctor. No question about that. Office staff either needs training or is overwhelmed with work. Called in a prescription refill on 6/23. Never got refilled. Called 4 times today 7/6. Still not refilled. The staff really didn't care about me or the prescription. Other calls to the office, same feeling - "Our agenda is more important than a sick patient". Found another Doctor.

Due to Covid we had a virtual visit. I am new to the area and I was seeking a doctor for a yearly exam. The meeting went well. Reviewed my meds etc. I had no major concerns so we agreed to keep my current regimen. DrW did send orders for an ultrasound to be completed when I want to as a follow up.

Dr. Paulina Wilson is a physician of the highest caliber. She is very professional and knowledgeable, takes the necessary time to explain the condition and answer all questions. Dr. Brown came and helped me with my kidney stones with no hesitation and made me feel like I had known her for years.
