Horrible doctor who has a terrible attitude towards his patients. Gets annoyed, impatient and angry if you ask him questions. When he doesn’t have an answer he throws the question back on you. Doesn’t really listen to patients concerns. Makes you take tests that really weren’t necessary. Do NOT see this doctor. Total waste of time and money! Stressful, very sad experience.
Dr Dave is HORRIBLE. Does not like if you ask him questions, has attitude, is arrogant and has zero understanding for his patients. The only good thing about this practice are the nurses and front desk.
This doctor is very unprofessional and money hungry he made one of his patients feel like she asked to be stuck with a sickness that she didn't ask for putting her down because she doesn't have money to cover cost out of pocket. Very disrespect doctor and office staff just unexceptional I wish I could do negative points because he doesn't deserve any stars
Terrible experience! Doctor does not have empathy for patients and does not like to be asked questions regarding diagnosis. Additionally, because he enters wrong information to patient files without backing it up with tangible evidence, when you ask doctor to correct his wrong or back it up with evidence, doctor refuses and gets upset to a point where he writes a letter to the adult patient, telling him that not only he would not care for him but also making sure that the patient is denied care by any other neurologist within the INOVA neurology department because doctor has issues with the adult patient’s mom asking him questions. To deny care to patient if he comes in with his mom the next time because his mom asks questions is one thing and to deny service to the adult patient because if his mom is another thing, but to tell the entire neurologists within the INOVA Fairfax Neurology to deny the critical care he so needs is unethical and unheard of and not sure how this doctor took an oath to put patients first when he received his medical degree and license is beyond me. All I can say is not sure how INOVA Fairfax allowing this kind of doctor to treat patients like this and still the U.S News and World Report ranking INOVA Fairfax #1 in Virginia. The ranking must have been fine by mistake and I have also reported this unethical and illegal practice of INoVA and it’s doctor is against the law. Avoid this doctor if you are the type want to ask questions to understand your diagnosis and also be careful to read what he writes on your file because he has the tendency to write something wrong information in your file and if you tell him to correct his wrong or if you ask him where is his evidence to say what he says, he can’t provide you with an evidence.

He is very arrogant and does not listen to patient. He thinks patient does not have the same level of knowledge or experience to bother to talk to about medical issues. Just listen to him and don’t argue or have any concern about what he prescribes for you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
