Dr Baveja and his team of doctors and nurses were miracle workers for our family. Not only did they save our son’s life but they nursed him back to good health through a variety of severe issues —all with grace, compassion and love. I can’t express how fortunate we were to be in his care at the Fairfax children’s hospital. Thank you Dr Baveja!
Horrible doctor at the NICU at the Fairfax INOVA hospital. Showed very little empathy to parents and gave the least amount of updates about my infant’s progress. He shouldn’t be a NICU doctor!
This doctor is terrible. He's very rude and condescending towards pregnant women. Maybe it's a cultural thing? Maybe he doesn't like women in general? I don't know the specific reasoning that he acts like this but all i've experience these past three days is him bursting into the room at 7am and yell at me regardless of the fact that i am currently laying in bed recovering from giving birth. My advice? If you see this guy, save yourself the trouble, ask for another doctor.
This doctor was rude beyond belief. Not Helpful at all. Every day for the 3 days that ny wife was at the hospital all i've witnessed him do is burst into our room and talk down to my wife in the most condecending tone possible regardless of the fragile state she was in. Don't let this man push you around. Beware.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
